Antigua is an exceptionally picturesque island with a reported 365 sandy white beaches, and this villa sits comfortably between at least two of them and is a short drive from several others. The immediate area is private and secluded and is right next to Jolly Harbour Golf Course and local to various boat trips which are on offer. There is a pharmacy, banks, large well stocked and international supermarket, car hire, golf-buggy hire, moped, quad bike and boat hire all within walking distance. English Harbour is a pleasant drive through the rain forest where you pass the new zip-lining facility. No car is necessary but its nice to have a golf cart! Great for a Family

We stayed here with our 4 kids. It was great. Jody was very flexible and handled any issues very quickly. The house gets a terrific breeze all day long and the deck and pool is nice after a long day at the beach. We were glad it is not right on the water because the bugs at our friends place on the water were much worse and we still had the benefit of the water views and golf course. The location is excellent - it is closer to beach/pool than most villas on the north finger. It was easy enough to run back to villa if we forgot anything! Nice vacation

Jolly time in Jolly Harbour

We have just returned from our holiday in Jolly and had a fantastic week...the only downside being that a week wasn't long enough! The house is ideally situated for the supermarket, restaurants and bars in Jolly resort and feels very safe. We are a group of 6 girl friends and the house was a great space for us..plenty of bathrooms, room to chill out inside and out and as it's on the North finger, quieter than had we chosen the other side. Having security around constantly is also a huge benefit.
Jody met us at the house with a really handy welcome pack and helped us to sort a car..thanks for that! We made full use of it and visited a different beach most days, as well as using it for shorter trips to nearby restaurants. I would recommend you hire a car..there's so much to see!
We thought we would make better use of the pool but it just didnt happen! It was a great place to sit and have breakfast in the morning but other than that, we didnt spend a huge amount of time indoors!
We had a bit of a drama at the end of our stay and one of our party had her flight home cancelled: Jody was great and really understanding and she was able to stay the extra time in the house..given she was being left on her own for 24 hrs this was amazxingly accommodating and we were very grateful. All in all, I would recommend you rent this place if you're looking to stay in Jolly...we're coming back next year and the only reason we wouldnt stay here is if there's more of us than the house can accommodate. The only reason we haven't scored it a 5 is that the some of the fittings need some TLC but that wasn't a big deal for us: just being objective.

Beautiful House, Thank you! X

I stayed in the property with some friends for two weeks, these past summer months and had a fantastic holiday! The house is ideally located between the lush green environment of Antigua and just a short walk from one of the best beaches on the island. So whilst the boys were able to enjoy a round of golf, the girls could enjoy coffee and english muffins on the balcony whilst watching them t-off only 50 metres away. The golf course is right behind the house and added to the many things we were able to do.

If you are able to endure the scorching sunshine of the local beaches then they are right around the corner, or you can relax in the private plunge-pool with both a tan and a cool breeze which tended to blow from the golf course about twice a day. If none of this suites... what two or three members of our party did was retreat into the air-conditioned bedrooms for an afternoon siesta (or just because they had one too many rum punches!)

We had a fabulous holiday and all this was aided by the luxurious environment.

Very relaxing!

Thank you for allowing us to stay at villa 318. This was our first visit to Antigua and were made to feel welcome
and at home as soon as we arrived. The villa was well equipped which allowed us to settle very quickly. A
delightful villa in a superb location overlooking the golf course where we spent most days just lazing in the
garden area either watching the golf or wildlife that visits from time to time. The splash pool is ideal for
cooling down after a spell in the sun on those days when we couldn’t be bothered with the beach.
Air conditioned rooms for those hot nights were lovely to help us get to sleep.
Thank you for the use of the internet, this was particularly good as it allowed us to use email and Skype for cheap
calls and of course kept the kids happy.
We really enjoyed our time at the villa and the harbour area and will most certainly be back for more.
I would recommend visitors to hire a golf car for travel within the complex so that you can easily reach further
down the beaches - if you want more privacy.
