Gorgeous, five bedroom, two full bath home

This is a large home that comfortably sleeps up to ten adults. This home features three large bedrooms with king size beds, two bedrooms with queen size beds and the downstairs den has a full size hide-a-bed couch that could sleep one adult or two kids. There is tons of space for parking your cars, RV, boat and ATV's.

This house is perfect for family gatherings. The house comes beautifully furnished including a full laundry room with a washer and dryer.

This wonderful home sits on over an acre of fenced, very private land. It is in a highly desirable area of Wasilla. It is located conveniently near the intersection of the Palmer Wasilla Highway and Seward Meridian Drive. It is just minutes from shopping, restaurants, movie theaters and world class recreation.

No smoking allowed in property!

Pets considered upon approval of owners.

About The Owner

We moved to Alaska in 1995 on orders from the Army.

My husband retired from the Army in 2003 and we decided to make Alaska our permanent home.

It is in this spectacular place we have raised our five wonderful children.

For many years now my husband and I have enjoyed our careers in Alaskan law enforcement.

We are very eager to tell our visitors about Alaska and all it has to offer.

The Owner purchased this house in 2004

Very comfortable home in a great location. Very nice property. We had a very relaxing wonderful stay. I'd stay at this home again! The owners are very nice & accomodating. Views from & around the property are fantastic. Very close to everything you need but secluded & private.
Recommended for:  Age 55+, Pet-friendly, Adventure Seekers, Girls Getaway, Sightseeing, Families with Teenagers, Families with Young Children, Romantic Getaway
