Newly renovated, south-facing, 4 double-bedroom villa with pool and stunning views over the Gorge du Loup. Fully-furnished in a modern style to the highest standard, with stone floors and air-conditioning throughout. Towels and linen are provided. Accommodation comprises: - 2 Dble Bed Masters with en-suite bath/shower rooms. Both rooms have open views onto the valley, interrupted only by the orange trees of the garden. One of the masters has direct access on to its own terrace to catch the morning sun or the evening sunset. - 2 Twin Rooms: Share a bath/shower room and a separate WC. Direct access to sun terrace - Living and Dining Room: Spacious and air-conditioned with 180 degree panoramic view across the valley. In-house entertainment comprises flat-screen TV, home cinema surround sound, DVD player and a selection of DVD films, satellite TV with English channels (including BBC, ITV and CBeebies), and internet access. Fully-fitted Kitchen: Open-plan kitchen with breakfast bar.

The house is located on a flat, quiet road, with very little passing traffic. It is only a short walk from the house to medieval village of Bar sur Loup, where one can buy the all important croissants and French bread! The village has a choice of 2 boulangeries, a well-stocked supermarket, a local butcher and 4 fabulous restaurants. You need not get in your car for the whole holiday. A children's play park and football ground is also only a 5-minute stroll, from the property, although children are not advised to venture there without an adult. Only 35 minutes from the Coast and Nice Airport. Only 45 minutes to the nearest Ski Resort of Greolieres La Neige.

Master Suite 2 has direct access on to the sun terrace, so is ideal for catching the morning or evening sun. The adjustable inclining bed is decorated in white and aqua. Both twin rooms have direct access on to the sun terrace.

The windows can be slid to one side so that the living room is completely open to the south-facing view. The Home Cinema system also has an iPod docking station. The Medieval Village of Bar Sur Loup: The villa is located only a 2-minute walk from the foot of the Medieval village of Bar Sur Loup . Bar Sur Loup is a lovely authentic village, known as the ‘Town of Orange Trees’, perched on a rocky spur overlooking the Loup Valley. Visiting the village is enjoyable and relatively undisturbed by cars or tourists! The old village is lovingly restored, with the old houses clustered around the 13th-century chàteau and church in the center. The circular layout of the village is more or less maintained, with large sections of the original ramparts still visible. The village offers a 'Casino' supermarket and four excellent restaurants. You need not get back in the car once you have arrived in the area.

The Region: The region around Bar Sur Loup is rich in beauty and activities. Sporting activities include hiking, paragliding, canyoning, horse-riding, tennis, sailing and swimming, to name but a few. There are a variety of charming villages, offering their local markets and restaurants. You can also pay a visit to the Perfume Factories of Grasse or the Sweet Factory of Pont du Loup.
