Minutes to all new local Broward casinos 20 minutes to the Hard Rock hotel and casino, great shopping especially the Sawgrass Outlet Mall, Bal Harbor Shops. The property borders Ann Calbe bird and wildlife sanctuary and Westlake Park. Minutes to boat ramp and U. Lloyd State park. Cable TV, Flat screen, music system. We can accommodate more guests with air mattresses and roll-aways. There is a fenced yard for dogs.

We can provide Alligator hunting, wild boar hunting, big game fishing, deep sea fishing, jet skis, canoes, personal training and guided kayaking in the mangroves. Access to intercoastal mega yacht sunset cruises, catamaran rides, and personal beach chair reservations. All of South Florida's activities will be at your beck and call. We have availability to provide special event catering for up to 50 people on site or off. We can provide food, entertainment and valet parking as the owners have been in the hospitality business in the area for 20 years.
Additional activities: Kayaking and Trail Biking available with rentals at nearby Oleta park. Owner's family has Jet Ski Rentals. We know every restaurant and hot spot, we can get you reservations at all the best places to eat and party! We own Hollywood!
Golf: Availability to 5-Star Diplomat Golf Course & Country Club which is 5 minutes away. Excellent Pro, Manny Zerman, very reasonable and bookable. In addition, there are 3 public courses within 1 mile of the house. Club and cart rentals available.
