Welcome! You have arrived to the centrally located 4th-storeyed new apartment easily! As you enter the hallway, you will appreciate the practical layout of the living space. On your left are the 2 bed-rooms, the toilet and the bathroom. On the other side, you will find the living room, open kitchen and terrace. All in all, you will stay in comfort esp. there's a central climatisation system which you can regulate your preferred temperature. Once you have unpacked your holiday outfit in the spacious wardrobe, take a quick look at the cooking facilities before you plan your menu for the day. Equipment wise, there's a 4-pit induction stove top, a combi-microwave oven, an electric kettle and a fridge. Of course, a set of cooking utensils, crockery and cutlery are available for your use. Other nearby attractions easily reached by foot are the shopping streets - rue de France & Jean Medecin, Place Massena- the town square, museums like Musee des Beaux Arts, Palais Massena & Musee d'Art Moderne. From the apartment, there's also easy road access by car or bus to other famous towns and attractions located along the French and Italian Riviera. As the Cote d'Azur is flanked by the mountain range, hikers and skiers can make Nice a convenient base too.

  • In order to secure a booking, we will require an initial non-refundable deposit of 20% of the agreed rental, followed by the balance in cash upon arrival. A separate damage deposit ranging from Euro 100 to Eur 200 is required with the final payment. This will be returned upon your departure provided no damage or loss has occurred in the fixtures and furnishings during the stay, the apartment is cleaned and the keys have been returned. You will be met at the apartment on arrival and on departure. A cleaning charge of Eur 40 will be deducted from deposit to cover final cleaning. If the apartment is left spotlessly clean, the cleaning cost will be waived.

We had a very enjoyable holiday in July. The appartment was very clean and well equipped. The owners were very helpful and supplied us with lots of useful information when we booked and on arrival. The location was really good - only 5 minutes walk to the beach and about 20 minutes to the old town. It was easy to get the bus to and from the airport.

Wonderful Apartment & Property Owners

Everything about this property met our expectations precisely! The owners were easy to contact and very flexible with our arrival time (we were driving in from Geneva and had to detour).

There is a grocery store directly across the street, making it easy to prepare our own meals. Public transportation was easily accessible from the apartment, and the beach was only a few blocks away.

The apartment was very clean and looks exactly as the pictures represent. Mira provided additional information and pictures upon requesting the reservation and made planning out our stay and daily activities very easy.

Next time we're in Nice, we will definitely stay here again!

March Break in Nice

Karl and Mira have an extremely organized apartment located in an area which is most convenient for exploring Nice. Bus lines are near by. The bakery downstairs, as well as other specialty grocers near by, afford convenience to "self-catering". I vacationed with my 24 yr old daughter and felt the security system and area were quite safe. The restaurant suggestions were helpful. The bedrooms were very quiet, Most exceptional were the hospitality and warm welcome we received from the hosts. Thank you!

The property is handily located on the main bus routes so catching a bus to and from the airport is almost as easy as taking a taxi. It also means that access to and from the city centre is convenient, although the main town is probably only a 15-20 minute walk. The beautiful Promenade Anglais is only a few minutes walk down the road.

The property itself is clean, airy and well equipped if you wish to self cater. The supermarche and market are only a stones throw away and best of all the bakery is right by the entrance. It has broadband access (via ethernet cable), cable TV and a radio. A DVD player is also provided with a small range of films. Thoughtfully there is also a book collection, no doubt contributed to by previous tenants with a good selection of holiday reading to keep most amused for a couple of weeks.

We were greeted by the owners, Carl and Mira who made us feel most welcome. We had a new born baby which was no trouble for them and a cot was provided. There was no quibbling over the condition of the flat at the end of our stay, despite is opting to clean it ourselves.

In short we would have no hesitation in recommending this property and would stay here again if we were visiting Nice. Thanks
