A comfortable two bed town house sleeping 4, small garden, patio and rooftop solarium. Communal gated pools, gardens & child's play area. Ground floor living/dining area with one sofa and one sofa bed, flat screen TV with satellite channels, DVD, cabinet, coffee table, dining table seating 6. Kitchen fully equipped with oven, hob, fridge/freezer, washing machine, iron and board. All utensils for 6 settings. Toilet and wash basin, rear external utility area. First floor double bedroom with double bed and two bedside cabinets, built in wardrobe with security safe. Second bedroom with 2 single beds with bedside cabinet, built in wardrobe, patio doors to balcony. Family bathroom with over bath shower, bidet, toilet, wash basin, lighted mirror. Second floor, solarium with table, chairs and parasol, sea views. Full air conditioning, all doors and windows have security grills and alarm. Bed linen and towels for 6 supplied, please bring own beach towels. On street parking.

The property is situated in La Cinuelica complex which has a large supermarket and taxi rank. It is a few minutes walk from the main R332 road at Punta Prima where there are many local bars and restaurants and a local bus with a regular service into Torrevieja providing every facility imaginable. The go kart track and the huge local street market is within easy walking distance of the property. The small sandy beach at Punta Prima is a 15 min walk away, there are also some fantastic beaches within a 10min drive including La Mata,Play Flamenca and the blue flag beach at La Zenia. A little further a field is the beautiful beach and nature reserve of Guardamar del Segura north of Torrevieja. There are water parks at Torrevieja and Quesada and a theme park at Terra Mitica which is 45min drive away. There are 3 superb golf courses within 10min drive at Campoamor, Las Ramblas and Villa Martin. La Manga is worth the drive for the more dedicated golfer being just 30min along the A7 motorway.

Other Activities: Go karting, waterpark, ten pin bowling and cinema.

Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency (British Pound) unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.

Notes

  • The price is per week for the property and not per person. A non refundable deposit of £50 is required to secure the booking with the balance being due 6 weeks prior to departure. There will be a £100 deposit to be paid when the balance is due, refundable in full when the keys are returned and subject to there being no damage reported. There will also be an advance payment of £56 to cover cost of cleaning. Payments can be made by cheque or on line by credit card via Paypal.
    Normal check out is by 10:00 am and arrival after 4:00 pm
    On arrival you will be met by our local contact who will hand over the keys and show you the accommodation. There will be an additional charge, payable locally to the key holder if arrival is out with normal hours.
  • If you require pick-up from the airport, the following charges apply and are payable locally in Euros. Murcia Airport €40 each way, Alicante Airport €50 each way. In addition to the above, if a 4 door saloon is required there is an extra charge of €10 each way, if a 7 seater MPV is required there is an extra charge of €18 each way.

This holiday home is everything it promises to be!
We were very impressed with the standard of cleanliness and facilities provided. Six of us slept comfortably and the roof was a great place to relax in the evenings. What was really surprising was the amount of beaches to choose from and how clean they were. Bike and taxi hire was really easy since we were provided with contact numbers as soon as we arrived. I'd recommended exploring the area via bike with friends and going to the markets which are held throughout the week. We really feel that we did everything we wanted and and will definitely be taking a trip back!

You will not find a cleaner more well equipped holiday home for the price any were. FACT!
The sun terrace has sun from the start until the end of the day and is ideal if you just wish to relax and sunbath in total privacy.
Shops, bar's and restaurants are 10/15 mins walk away.
The service and response from Mike was outstanding, bringing the true meaning to 'electronic mail' as a way of speedy communication.
Thanks for a great weeks relaxation.

Great Property

Overall this is a great property just as described with accurate photographs and gives good value for money.The kitchen is well equipped for self catering although the pans could do with replacing they were rusty so I bought some frying pans from the local supermarket which were reasonable. The house was kept in good order and was clean and well presented, Rachel met us with the keys and was helpful and professional. The roof terrace gets lots of sun but to make full use of it the furniture needs replacing as a few chairs were broken and only one louger has a cushion which is mildew stained and not really fit to use, we put a sheet on it. My guess is that its last seasons furniture and when to owner visits he will replaces it to bring it up to the standars of the rest of the property. The pool area is well maintained and very quiet so plenty of room to sunbathe, it is a bit of a pain only having one set of keys to the gates and front door if you are in a group that wants to spilt up or not everyone goes to the pool together, you have to keep going to let people in and out or let them take the keys and be locked in the pool area! Great service from the owner and good directions from the airport and local information once at the property, overall I would recommend the property to anyone wanting a few days relaxtion in the sun.

great holiday home

we have just returned from two great weeks holiday the house was spotless and was exactly as described the agents were extremely helpful (full marks) we would recommend the property to anyone other than people with difficulty climbing stairs.Restaurants bars and supermarkets,and of course the beaches all first class and within easy reach.

Having Stayed In this area many times, i have to say this property has been perfect. everything you need. A car is needed if you want to see a lot but this would be true staying in any house on the coast.All in all you won't be disappointed. Thanks Mike.
