The new detached house H65 of nearly 1,400 square feet living space offers all kinds of comfort and is furnished with a lot of style. The spacious living room with dinette and chimney includes leather couch and armchair, secretor and TV. From there, you have got access to the lovely winter garden and the large terrace including barbecue and lawn furniture as well as the garden with pool and sun chairs. There are three bedrooms available. Two bedrooms have got a double bed, the third room consists of two single beds. There is one bathroom with basin and bath tub and another bathroom with basin and shower. The house has got two separate toilets. The modern kitchen comprises hotplates/oven, microwave, refrigerator with freezer, dishwasher, fruit press, toaster, coffee machine and all necessary equipment. A washing machine is also available. You may park your car (s) on the car park inside the fenced property.

Hossegor is a neat holiday resort which is located directly at the Atlantic coast. It has a beautiful, widespread and miles long sandy beach. There is also the saltwater-lake Lac d‘Hossegor with low and high tide which is particularly appropriate for children and windsurfers. The neighbouring harbour of Capbreton with its sailboats and yachts, the casino and its shimmering nightlife have made out of Hossegor one of the most popular spots along the southern French Atlantic coast. Throughout the year, you find here excellent possibilities for shopping fresh fish and seafood as well as the newest fashion from Paris. The chic city of Biarritz is only 20km away from Hossegor. Worth a daytrip are the nearby Pyrenees or the picturesque Basque country. The very nicely located city of San Sebastian in Spain can also be reached within one hour by car. Northwards, the highest sand dune in Europe, the Dune du Pilat (114m) and the Bassin d‘Arcachon with its famous oyster farms are worth visiting.

Biking: The region Aquitaine offers more than 300 miles of marked and paved biking trails. In addition to that, there are excellent biking opportunities in the wide pine forest and the poorly frequented roads inland.

Nature and lakes: Hundreds of rare plants and animal species can be observed in nearby nature resorts. Ornithologists will love these backwoods, too - just a few miles away from the beaches. The numerous sweet and saltwater lakes are perfect for wind surfers and children to swim, especially when the ocean might sometimes be too rough.

Golf: Since a couple of years the region has become a happy playground for golfers from all parts of Europe. Within 30 miles around Hossegor are 12 golf courses out of which one, the 'Golf de Seignosse', has just been selected most beautiful course of France. Even professionals consider it as a real challenge.
