Looking For A Fantastic Property In An Amazing Location Look No Further!!

This property lies only 4 miles from Disney and offers all the facilities you would expect from a first class resort. Private gated community with pool & hot tub, tennis and basketball court, gym and movie theatre in spacious club house with free Internet access.

The accommodation itself is extremely spacious with 3 bedrooms and two bathrooms. The master with full en-suite facilities. with a further double and twin room ideal for children. Fully equipped kitchen with large washer and dryer (no need to take dirty clothes home)

Extra touches include, Free WIFI, TV & DVD player in lounge and master bedroom with a selection of DVDs for adults and children. Books and board games supplied to keep you entertained and even beach towels for the pool area. High chair and cot/playpen provided for younger kids. Balcony overlooks natural woodland with amazing wildlife.

Why Mark chose Club Cortile

I travelled to orlando many times in the past and some years ago happened across a new development being built. I loved the location being set down a quiet road so having a feeling of peace was very important however it is also so close to disney and the major theme parks, i decided to purchase.

I visit every year and love spending time in my condo and equally love guest spending time there and appreciating the benefits of the development. It is not large and therefore has a friendly intimate feel. It is well managed lawns kept tidy, pool area very clean and keeping the development tidy and comfortable for all guests is very important. I also try to do the same with my condo and regularly update bed linens, towel and ameneties in the condo.

What makes this condo unique

I always try to offer the personal touch to all my guests and i know what i look for from holiday accomodation and always try to provide the same for you. Any help and advice i can offer i will.

I now have a number of guests who visit yer after year and also recommend their friends who have stayed with me. This is the best advert i can get.

Great location, great condo!

Second time staying at a home in this resort. Apartment comes with everything that you woud possibly need while on holiday. Very spacious, plenty of kitchen utensils and equipment (we didn't anythough as too many restaurants close-by!)

Nice clean pool area, with hot tub and tennis court.

The resort is very well kept, and is very clean, it looks just like new!

Resort seems to be a mixture of holiday lets and permanent homes.

Would recommend.

hi mark!
i was so impressed with your unit! this was my first time renting from home away and i admit to being skeptical. the management company was good and you were wonderful to worrk with. wow the photos dont nearly show how nice your place is. i stayed with my room-mate and her 2 kids and this was perfect for us. the kitchen is great, the living room is big, the master bedroom is beautiful and there was a pair of towels folded into the shape of 2 swans kissing on my bed. i enjoyed sitting on the back porch for my breakfast and a glass of wine at the end of the day. thee kids liked the pool and kristen and i enjoyed the hot tub. the location is so close to everything we wanted to see like disney and universal studios. i cant wait to come back!

Location, Location, Location

The Condo is a great price in a great location ideal for all the Disney parks, Universal studios and close to all conviences. We stayed for just over two weeks, and found the condo to be very spacious and very clean. It was well equipt with lots of towls supplied etc. Mark happened to be out there at the begining of our stay on his own holiday and was really helpful and friendly, showing us where everything was in the condo and giving us lots of advice for our trip. Very nicy guy. Would stay here again and would recommend. Would recommend that Discovery cover package is a must. We bought our tickets for all the parks from Orlando ticket deals and had no issues.
Owner's Response: Thank you so much for your review. It is great when i can be there to meet guests unfortunately that rarely happens as i only go there on vacation. It was equally a pleasure having you stay and I know you had a wonderful holiday. Next time you go remember me again. I have some great cleaners now as i know how important this is to my guests.
