This first floor apartment features a spacious terrace perfect for entertaining or just relaxing whilst overlooking the stunning waterfront Royal Docks. The apartment has two double bedrooms, bathroom, living/dining room and fully fitted kitchen with modern appliances. Highchair and baby cot are available on request. There is parking under the residential block and the DLR station is seven minutes walk away, with the West End reachable within 30 minutes. The 2012 Olympic village at Stratford is just 15 minutes away. The neighbourhood is quiet and friendly but just seconds walk from the lively Victoria & Albert Docks which feature waterside bars, restaurants and convenience stores. The summer brings with it all sorts of water based activities. The Excel centre, which plays host all year round to a wide range of events including the Ideal boat show and the recent G20 summit, is easily accessible by crossing the bridge that itself has one of the finest views across the entirety of London.

Exhibiting at Excel Exhibition Centre London: Easily accessed from Excel Exhibition Centre This apartment is perfect if you are exhibiting at Excel. It is so easy to travel there either walking via the footbridge over Victoria dock or around by car or train in less than ten minutes. Ideal for the Boat Show, Clothes Show, Property Show or any show exhibiting at Excel........................

Check in: Check in on your day of arrival is usually at 4pm unless by previous negotiation and check out the day you go home is at 11am. Please ensure all windows and doors are locked when you leave and cushions from the garden furnitire are left inside the apartment. On Monday or Tuesday weekly during your stay the apartment will be checked for replacement toiletories and cleaning equipment etc. or any breakages.

Two Centre Holiday: Why not stay for an extra week in beautiful Henley on Thames in Oxfordshire, were you can relax, take long walks or boat rides, visit the amazing towns of Windsor, Bath and Oxford all on the Thames and enjoy wonderful locally cooked food at our pub The Unicorn in Kingwood Common. Perfect Family Base to Tour London

With 3 young kids, I was really worried about getting an ideal place for a London holiday. This was perfect. Located in a serene development with easy access to the DLR and the local grocery store, I couldnt ask for more. All conveniences were available and the owners/managers were always on hand to help.

One drag though, no internet was available. This would make it a perfect place especially for working guests.

highly recommended if you want to enjoy london but also get your peace ad quiet like at home.
Owner's Response: As these guests say this is a great apartment for a family who wish to visit London as tourists. Super value for money.

WIFI is planned in the future as we have it at our other apartments (however - this does put the price up)

The View From the Bridge - as good as the play...

Set amongst the idyllic new but homely Royal docks development you could not really ask for more when it comes to providing a relaxed, comfortable but lively set of surroundings.

The flat itself was lovely, good size with two bedrooms, bathroom, living room and kitchen, could easily fit four in, plus an amzing, huge balcony about the same size as the flat overlooking the Victoria dock. First floor but there is a lift right by the door for ease of access.

The local area is full of like-minded family crowds, mostly other holiday makers or those that work in the city or in Canary Wharf and looking for a comfortable surrounding to live in. The DLR stop is less than ten minutes walk away, and can get you to Canary Wharf in 10 mins, Greenwich in 15 mins and then Bank station in 25 mins, or the other way, City airport in 5 mins.

A local shop sits next to a local bar/restaurant by the dock, less then 2 minutes walk away, with a scattering of other shops and bars/restaurant around the dock.

The best bit of all though is the absolutely fantastic panaramic view of London from the bridge that crosses the dock. Worth visiting just for that!
