The Fotiana Villa is a luxury detached and secluded four bedroom four bathroom family villa in Sea Caves and the location is ideal for guests who both know the area reasonably well and for those who are planning their first visit to Paphos and Cyprus. The nearest beach is appx 2km away and the municipal sandy beach of Coral Bay is approx. 3km away. Coral Bay offers a wide selection of restaurants, tavernas, cafes and shops. Paphos Town Center is approx. 10km away and offers nightlife for all age groups. The villa is located in the middle of a field and is surrounded by a wide variety of mature fruits such as apricots, peaches and apples, whilst the gardens immediate to the villa are well maintained. There is a private pool and ample space for large groups of up to eight persons to use in comfort.

  • BOOKING INFORMATION: If you would like to provisionally reserve a villa pending your search for suitable flights we would be happy to take your chosen villa off the market for you for a period of 3 days. To secure a villa booking we ask for a down payment of 25% and the balance 4 weeks prior to arrival. Payment can be made to us via either a cheque drawn on a UK bank or by direct bank transfer.We would be happy to provide you with airport transfers or a quote for car hire. Please note for flight purposes that we ask that you move into the villa after 15.00 hours on arrival and we would like the property back by 11.00 am on the day of your departure, unless by prior arrangements.
  • Car Hire & Airport Transfer. Upon your arrival, if you would like a taxi to collect you at the airport we will send a trustworthy local taxi driver to collect you and he will have the keys to the villa for you. Alternatively, if you hire a car for your holiday, I can recommend a close friend who will give you a good deal on car hire. He can also meet you at the airport and drive you to the villa at no extra cost if it is from Paphos Airport.

  • The villa has one bedroom on the ground floor and three on the first floor. The ground floor bedroom and one of the first floor bedrooms are doubles whilst two of the three first floor bedrooms are twin. The villa sleeps up to 8 persons and all the bedrooms are en-suite.

Notes: The villa benefits from being on very large private grounds which include a private drive in which leads to the villa. On the ground floor there are two separate lounge areas, a large dining area, and a fully fitted kitchen. One of the en-suite double bedrooms is on the ground floor. On the first floor there are three bedrooms, one double and two twin, all en-suite, and there are two large balconies with sea views. Outside and adjacent to the villa is a very large shaded dining area which overlooks the pool. The pool itself is located away from the building and benefits from sunshine for almost th entire day. Opposite the private pool area are the tree field which offer a variety of fruits.
