MONTARA BLUFF HOUSE-AMAZING VIEWS

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Montara Bluff House, amazing unobstructed views of the Ocean, Beach, Sunset, Mountains, & Marin Headlands, all while sipping wine in front of the fire! Was a terrific, relaxing, and romantic getaway. Super clean, with high end appliances and finishes, fully stocked, offered all the comforts of home. Private, peaceful location, with plenty of easy parking. Short drive to excellent restaurants, fresh seafood and fun shopping on Main St. Lovely owners, everything was just as represented on the site....but better. Wish we could move in!

the next time we dare to take some time for R & R, this spectacular secret will be out, and perhaps too booked for US to relax there!?!?! Was it Dorothy from the Wizard of Oz who professed, “There’s NO place like home, there’s NO place like home.” Dorothy must not have had the chance to enjoy Kathy and Michael’s Montara Bluff House. Although Toto most likely won’t be invited (the sound of the waves would scare him anyway!) you, will be treated like family and be lavished in every comfort of home. Imagine perfect serenity with vast views of nature’s paradise where mountains join the sea, each day rolling into the next with no care of time, reason or technology. The furnishings are classy and thoughtful offering pristine breathtaking allures of a dreamy respite. Wake each morning to peaceful serenity. The scenery is amazing to relax by or be as active as you’d like! The town is cozy, full of wonderful restaurants and shopping centers (if your prefer to dine in home). The kitchen is well appointed, and the property is very well maintained, and immaculate. I would definitely recommend this property to the most discriminating traveler. The photos truly do not do it justice. One of our favorite get away spots by far and only a short 30 minute drive from San Francisco.We look forward to returning, and to visiting Kathy and Michael's other properties! We recently enjoyed a wonderful vacation with our adult children @ Bluff House. the views are stunning - even better than the photos. We appreciated all the surrounding beauty, enjoyed many hikes, and relaxed playing cards by the fireplace. The ams &pms are chilly, so be sure to pack sweatshirts! the house is spacious & inviting. San Fran is about 30 mins away. a little more pricey than some other houses but well worth it to us. Perfect!
