Between the South Black Forest and Switzerland, you will find one of the most beautiful landscapes in Germany: Hotzenwald. There you have an open view upon Black Forest & the Swiss Jura. On clear days, you can even see the Alps. The house is located directly at the margins of the woods. Parking places are available. The house has 2 apartments, which are rented together. The upper floor ( 52 m²) has a balcony & accommodates 2 - 4 people. It has a living room with dining corner, kitchen, a hallway (gallery) with 2 beds, a small bedroom with 2 beds, bathroom/WC and satellite TV. The ground floor (42 m²) has a terrace and accommodates 2 - 3 people. It has a living room with an extendable armchair where you can sleep, dining corner, bar kitchen, bedroom with 2 beds, bathroom/WC and satellite TV. The vacation house has a 3-star classification. For the early and low seasons, there is a special offer: you can stay 14 days and pay for 11 days, or you can stay 3 weeks and pay for 2 weeks.

Between the South Black Forest and Switzerland, you can find one of the most beautiful landscaped in Germany: Hotzenwald. It is 950 - 1040 above the sea level, and it offers an open view upon the South Black Forest (Hotzenwald), the Swiss Jura and even upon the Alps, if the weather is fine. Our vacation house heads south and it is located directly at the margin of the wood. Parking places are available for each house. There are 150 km of marked hiking trails. You will also find an indoor swimming pool, mini-golf, tennis courts, bathing lakes, treading water, national museums and many cultural and sport events. Our location is the best starting point for excursion to the Lakes Titisee, Schluchsee, Bodensee, and to Bad Saeckingen (15 km), or to Switzerland and France.

Summer: You will find 150 km of marked hiking trails, a leisure time center, “Herrischried”, bathing lake, tennis court, children playground, mini-golf, fitness studio, sauna, solarium, massage and indoor swimming pool. There is a hot spring in Bad Säckingen (15 km away). In Rickenbach (5 km away), there is an 18-hole golf course. You can also visit the national museum Klausenhof, and the pottery Rüdiger. Archery and courses are available at Holger Wycisk.

Winter: Herrischried sport region is located 950 - 1040 above the sea level. There are 2 ski lifts with flood light, 25 km of cross country skiing runs, partially floodlit. Skiing and cross country skiing courses, as well as a skating rink and an indoor swimming pool are available. There is a fitness studio with massage. Enjoy Nordic Walking and a real winter experience. Courses are also available.
