This 3 bedroomed restored cortijo is the ideal property to get away from the hustle and bustle of every day life. Situated within walking distance of Mojacar Pueblo, yet only a 5 minute drive to the Playa and beach front, the property boasts impressive views of the Micar Valley. This beautiful property oozes character and consists of a good sized living room equipped with TV, satellite and VHS; this leads o­nto a central courtyard which is idyllic for summer eating; there's also a fully equipped and modern kitchen complete with breakfast area. The sleeping accommodation consists of a large family bedroom with dressing area and 2 twin bedrooms and 2 good sized bathrooms (both with showers and one with bath) . The outside area of this property is stunning - there is parking for a number of vehicles; various areas for children to play (small children will need to be supervised), a beautiful pool and bathing area. This house is highly recommended for summer holidays

Mojacar is popular with both Spanish and European visitors. The historical old town offers winding streets with varied shops, bars and restaurants and stunning views both inland and out to sea. The Playa (beach) is roughly 5 miles long and is well equipped with bars, cafes, shops, banks, supermarkets and a number of exceptionally good restaurants. Nearby attractions include various golf courses, a water park and spaghetti western themed amusement parks. Slightly further a field is the breath-taking Moorish palace of Alhambra (at Granada) a World Heritage site. Throughout the year there are a number of events taking place in and around Mojacar and Almeria, including the Moors and Christians festival, musical festivals and concerts, art exhibitions and dancing exhibitions.

Lo cierto es que las 5 personas que hemos podido disfrutar de esta vivienda en nuestras vacaciones estamos totalmente de acuerdo en una cosa: " es un lugar maravilloso" y las razones de porque lo es son varías. el enclave es precioso, la casa está decorada con un gran gusto y no le falta ni un detalle, en ninguno de los aspectos. Está genial.
También es destacable el trato recibido desde el primer momento y las constantes atenciones, tanto por parte del propietario como por parte de la persona encargada de que nuestra estancía allí fuera buena. Agradecemos su discrección, su constante atención y su respeto desde el primer momento que contactamos con todos ellos.
Muchas gracias.
Yo recomiendo esta casa a todo el mundo tanto para familias con niños, etc,etc,..para parejas jóvenes ya que el lugar es muy romántico,...como para grupos de amigos que quieras disfrutar.

Lovely villa finished to a high standard. Secluded but easy to get to nearest town by car (walk to peublo a bit steep with loose shale underfoot, ok going up but slipped on way back) . Loved that pool was set away from house so nobody tempted to walk into house when wet. Well equipped and maintained to a high standard. Next time would look into water activities available in the area but this visit we enjoyed a relaxing family holiday chilling out.
