Puglia is known as The Garden of Italy producing vast amounts of olive oil, wine, cheese, pasta, fruit and vegetables. It is also home to many handicrafts and distinctive ceramic wares. Being situated between the Ionian and Adriatic seas you cannot miss out on sampling the wide variety of fish available.
