Directly across from First Bay

Spacious living area with views across to First Bay leads onto front courtyard area. Features include TV & Cable TV. The courtyard area at front of unit looks directly across to First Bay at Coolum. Kitchen facilities include microwave, dishwasher, electric oven & cooktop. Pool at rear of complex has shaded area.  Two bedroom plus seperate bathroom and toilet.

Bedding configuration is 1 x queen & 2 x singles. Located directly across from First Bay and within walking distance to all amenities of Coolum including shops, restaurants & patrolled beach.

The property must not be used for any parties, functions or unlawful purposes. If this clause is not adhered to PENALTIES WILL APPLY
