This completely new apartment offers home comforts in the most desirable location in Dubrovnik, surrounded by cypress and pine trees, only a minute walk from beaches, bars and restaurants. The location of the apartment is in a Dubrovnik residential and tourist area called Lapad bay and just 100 meters from the apartment there is beautiful tree-lined pedestrian alley with green areas,bars and restaurants,which leads to the beach.The alley continues to the walking zone along the sea. Tthe Old town is 10 min ride by Bus or taxi. (30 min on foot). Apart from the Old Town, visitors should take boat rides to Lokrum island, Cavtat and Elaffiti islands. Another must is the national park island Mljet, and for garden lovers, Arboretum in Trsteno. In the very close proximity there are various boat hire and diving clubs and visitors can hire cars to explore Dubrovnik`s coastal area and nearby cities. Worthwhile mentioning is the shopping centre situated 50 metres from the apartment.

I stayed in this apartment for six nights with my husband at the beginning of September. Nika was very prompt and professional making the arrangements. She met us on arrival and provided all the information we needed on the local area. The flat is very comfortable, spacious, well equipped and in a great location. I thought it was excellent value for money. It is a 10 minute bus ride away from the Old Town, the bus service is very frequent even later at night. You definitely don’t need a car unless you plan to travel outside of Dubrovnik. The Old Town is beautiful but very busy so it was a relief to be staying away from it. The apartment is opposite a supermarket, bakery and cafes and within walking distance of the beach and many restaurants. I would highly recommend staying here and would definitely return.

Well equiped in a good location

We have just spent one week in the apartment as a family of three, The owner met us at the flat and explained all the necessary and then left us to enjoy our holiday. The flat is well equipped with mordern furnishings etc. The double glazing keeps out the noise from the street and the neighbours are quiet. The facade of the building and common areas are nothing special but the flat itself is top class. It is extremely well situated. We were very pleased we did not rent a flat near to the old town - they tend to be smaller and with uphill walks to access them. The bus stop is 75 mts away and the No 6 bus comes every few minutes and leaves you at the main gate to the old town. Across the road is a bakery and just behind it is a supermarket. A taxi rank is across the road. Tourist information and car hire firms are very short walk. There are plenty of places to eat.
When one has seen the old town and wants a quiet day nearby there is a very pleasant walk from the flat to the shore linking to a path leading to the 4* Valamar Dubrovnik President hotel.

FANTASTIC APARTMENT

We stayed three nights at this aparrtment last week but would have very happilystayed longer. Nika was delightful and very helpful with directions to the property and general info on the area. The apartment is bright and spacious and cllealiness was to a very high level.. Everything needed was present. Loocation i sbrilliant with a short walk to the end of the street to the pedestrian zone to many restaurants and the sea for swimming. Bus stop at the end of the street to take you to the old town. IT is also convenient for parking and for travelling out of Dubrovnik to nearby towns etc.
Overall reaction to this apartment is it is fantastic, The description on the website is very accurate in fact it is even nicer in reallity than the photos portray. Prior contact with Nika was excellent. The apartment is on the first floor .Will recommend it to friends etc

Great first impression

We have just returned from our first visit to Croatia, and it got off to a great start with our two nights in the well presented and comfortable apartment. We have rented many hodiday homes through this web site, and while all were good none were as well presented at this property. It was very well equiped and had a personal decor that gave the feeling of renting a home rather than just a holiday property. The owner organized or taxi transfer and met us with her daughter at the property to show us around and point out the local amenities. Within 50 m you have everything you need. A very regular bus service to the gates of the walled city. (10 mins) A taxi rank across the road. Nice coffee shops across the road at the small shopping centre. A lovely paved street with restaurants of all types is about 50 m to the right. Really a very pleasant experience which we would like to repeat for a longer period in the future. This property is very tastefully and recently modernised.
