The luxury self-catering penthouse is situated in the beautiful St Nicolas Elegant Residences in a privileged and elevated position in Chlorakas. The private garden terrace has spectacular views across the clear blue Mediterranean Sea and over the main pool area of the complex. The Adulucian style resort with its elevated position, boasts outdoor and indoor pools, tennis court, private cinema, gymnasium, jogging track, mini market and snack bar. The apartment enjoys the benefit of air conditioning with elevator service to all floors and a ground floor covered parking space. The penthouse is situated on two floors and has two generous balconies - one from the main lounge and the other from the main bedroom, ideal for alfresco dining or watching the sun go down over a refreshing glass of wine.

There is a small sandy beach within 5 minutes drive and the spectacular beaches at Coral Bay are within 15 minutes drive. Paphos harbour is about 10 minutes drive away and is teeming with shops, bars and restaurants. At the harbour you will also find fishing, boat trips, sailing and diving. There are many local historical attractions including The Tomb of the Kings and Aphrodities Rock - the birthplace of the goddess of love. For golfers there are three great 18 hole courses all within 20 - 30 minutes drive, the newest being the spectacular Aphrodite Hills Golf Resort. For skiing there is The Troodos Mountains which is approximately 90 minutes drive from the resort. The island has a startling variety of outstanding scenery with its beaches, mountains, unspoilt villages nestling in the vineclad foothills and fertile citrus and olive groves, together with lofty forest of pine and cedar.
