House no14 is a totally detached (south facing) four bedroom bungalow, located on an elevated site overlooking the sea on a section of spectacular and quite coastline at Ballinglanna, approximately 5 miles out of Clonakilty. As part of a group of purpose built holiday homes, the immediate area is neatly layed out with footpaths, public lighting and spacious carparking. The house is fully fitted out with oil fired central heating and all mod cons to offer great comfort, service and value for a holiday or short break at any time of the year. The sleeping accommodation comprises of 4 bedrooms (the master room is complete with an ensuite of toilet, bidet, bath & shower unit), and with a second toilet /shower room, the house overall has capacity for a max of 8 people. The daytime accommodation comprises of a well furnished sitting room with a sliding patio door and a large kitchen / dining area, all facing onto the sea and providing a very spacious and bright open plan living space.

  • A booking deposit of Euro 100 is required to confirm all bookings and payment in full is required prior to departure at the end of your stay. Electricity and oil are metered and consumption costs for same are payable also prior to departure.
    The rental week runs from Saturday to Saturday with earliest check in time of 15:00 pm and latest check out time of 11:00.
  • Bank Holiday weekends during the low season (Oct to June excluding Christmas) are available at Eur 375 for 2 or 3 days.Other weekends & short breaks during the low season are available at Eur 300 for 2 or 3 days.
    Eur 50 reduction with all 2 week bookings.
