In a quiet street, making it an ideal base to visit the city (in 15 minutes on foot of the place Djemaa El Fna), while taking advantage on the spot of all the conveniences: banks, restaurants, cinema, central market. (The tourist office is only 100 metres away). It is situated in a small and quiet residence with elevator, intercom and guard. It is completely furnished and equipped (linen, bathroom linen, dishes, and supplied kitchenware). The equipment also includes: satellite TV (more than 300 channels) as well as a reversible air conditioning in all the rooms. The numerous services included in the price (airport pick up, governess) make the whole rental exceptional value for money. To help you relax after your long days of walking in the markets and medinas of Marrakech, you can draw benefit from the swimming pool, located just 150 meters from the residence, with a separate pool for children (paying the access).

The very central position of this apartment means that all activities are accessible on foot and a car is not needed. This is very handy as it is becoming more and more difficult to get a taxi in Marrakech, indeed at some times of the day it is impossible. Although central, the apartment is on a very quiet street. Large traffic lanes mean that you are left in peace. The apartment has double glazing on all the exterior walls which improves the efficiency of the already good air-conditioning, therefore making you more comfortable.

You can lie back and dream in the large, traditional bath surrounded by delicate emerald tadelakt plaster and turquoise and pistachio tiles. The second bathroom is based on the ancient hammams. Very traditional, two benches for sitting and an oriental style shower...Each bathroom has a fantastic mirror so you can make yourself up like a princess (or a prince!). Hair dryer available, towels provided. Home-made bath products are available on request: black soap, scrub, body butter, argan oil etc.

We take up to 4 people (including children) + 1 baby. Housekeeper and assistant are available. Cleaning included (carried out by owner’s staff). Linen provided. A down payment of 50 % is required on booking and a deposit cheque (which won’t be cashed) is requested on arrival and returned when you leave. For countries where cheques are not available (e.g. Belgium), the deposit can be provided in cash. A receipt will be given.
