House, 1 Bedroom + Convertible bed(s), 1.5+ Baths, (Sleeps 2-4)

This is a newly remodeled unit with ceramic tile in the kitchen and baths, new cabinets, all new cookware, plates, utensils, etc... We have a queen bed with a Sealy Posturepedic Mattress and mirrored closet doors and a linen closet. We provide backpack beachchairs and beach towels. We have a 47' TV with Direct TV and High Definition DVR. There is wireless Internet access. It is a quite neighborhood within walking distance to the beach, Redondo Pier and shops. The is a set full size washer and dryer and a dishwasher. There is a porch with BBQ.

This was the perfect house! Everything was better in person than shown in the pictures! Very clean! The bottled water, shampoo, etc was just wonderful! Jennifer was there if we needed anything! Will plan on visiting again! Made the wedding of my son stress free!

The place was in a perfect location! It was mine and my husbands first time in CA and we were right in the middle of everything. Jennifer was more than helpful before, during, and after our stay. Great amenities, and great decor! I definitely plan on continuing to book with Jennifer and Brian when we go back and visit!

Wonderful property, great owner, conveniet location, absolutely recommended.

My wife and I spent an enjoyable week at this property. It was everything described and more. The owner made the whole experience pleasant from beginning to end, with ample communication, clear instructions, a fully equipped kitchen with supplies, even detergent and softener sheets for the in-house washer and dryer. The property was in tip-top shape and comfortable for everyday use. There were bikes, beach chairs and boogie boards for our use. The house is in a very nice, friendly and safe residential neighborhood, yet only blocks from retails districts and the beautiful Redondo beach. Not only would we recommend this to our friends, but we intend to make it our first choice when returning to Redondo beach.
Recommended for:  Age 55+, Adventure Seekers, Girls Getaway, Tourists without a Car, Sightseeing, People with Disabilities, Romantic Getaway

Excellent location and the house was great. This was much better than the South Bay Marriott hotel -which was more expensive.. Parking was easy and the bike access was a nice benefit.. Highly recommended.
