Thank you for your interest in our Englewood, FL beach home located on the beautiful Manasota Key. The shores of the Key are a hidden gem. So if you're looking for a relaxing, comfortable and enjoyable stay, rest assured you've found the right place.

This home has just finished a complete restoration, renovation and refurnishing inside and out. The master suite has a king size bed, walk in closet and 2 vanities, shower and tub in the bath. Another outdoor shower is accessible from the master suite. Bedroom #2 has a queen size bed. Bedroom #3 has a full size futon, but can also be used as a study. All 3 bedrooms have a 42' cable tv. The living room has a 47' cable tv. Bathroom #2 has a vanity and shower. The kitchen has all new stainless steel appliances and the stove has a double oven.

The property sits on a canal with boat dockage and access to both the inter-coastal waterway and the Gulf. Last year there were baby Manatees in the canal as well as a White Egrets nest. There are always fish to watch.

Beach towels, beach chairs, beach umbrella and a few floaty devices are provided.

The large property provides privacy and ample room for recreation.

In addition to the beach that is only steps away, Stump Beach Pass State Park is just a short walk away and offers pristine beaches, ample wildlife and hiking trails.

House was extremely clean and fully appointed. Walks were very interesting
in all directions, beach, state park, or down the road. All needs were met
within short distances. Would highly recommend this property and be interested
in staying here again. Owners great to deal with.

We were very happy and pleased with our stay. The house was very clean and comfortable and had everything we needed. It was very close to the beach and being able to dock the boat right by the house was a big plus! We would highly recommend this rental to our friends and family. We're looking forward to staying there again next year.
