* SORRY WE ARE BOOKED FOR SPLENDOUR * This 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom timber home in South Golden Beach is just a short stroll to the beach and general store. There is a south east facing verandah with a gas bbq and outdoor setting to enjoy the perfect holiday. There are quality furnishings thoughout, and the property includes, TV, DVD/Video, ipod deck, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine and fully screened throughout. The house has also been recently painted throughout.

The main and second bedrooms are upstairs with a queen bed in each, along with the main bathroom (shower only), kitchen/dining and loungeroom. The main bedroom and lounge area have ceiling fans.

Downstairs by external access there is the third bedroom with a queen and a double bunk and also a second bathroom(shower only) and laundry. There is also a TV and DVD player.There is a carport and an extra private courtyard with outdoor seating.
