House, 3 Bedrooms + Den, 2 Baths, (Sleeps 9-11)

Raised House/Camp on Jordan River, perfect for family vacation. Water Sking, Fishing, Crabing and Boating right off our dock.

15 Minute boat ride to Gulf for sandy beaches or marsh fishing. Sleeps 9 very comfortably. 1 King Bed in Master, 2 bunk beds, 3 single beds, 1 queen bed. 2 full bathrooms, large living room and open kitchen, with 180 degree views of river. Refigerator freezer with ice maker, stove, microwave, all cook ware and dining ware, coffee maker, washer/dryer. Captains chairs on front balcony to sip coffee, watch the sunrise. Hammocks, patio furntiure, chase lounges and stero under the camp for all day relaxing in the shade and cool gulf breeze.

very nice place has everything you need. i would only recommed another double or queen bed. couples that stay here may have to sleep in seperate beds.
the views over the bay are fantastic and the weather was perfect. and there is great fishing very close by.

Great Fall Fishing

My wife and I brought our three oldest grandchildren, (ages 7, 5, and 4) down for the weekend. Caught 25 sixteen to eighteen inch trout and 3 keeper redfish in one morning of fishing. We fished in the Jordan River which is a 5 minute boat ride from this property. The camp was very clean and well designed. We had a very enjoyable weekend, and plan to return next fall. The view of the Jordan River and Bay St. Louis from this location are great, which is something one should consider when seeking a rental in this area. Other properties that we have rented in the Bay St. Louis area are basically located on a "ditch" where the only view is the back of the camp across the waterway.

Great location close to town, very quiet neighborhood. Property appropriately supplied with amenities and in new condition. Owner very easy to deal with in making arrangements. Would definitely rent again.

House was great, and the location just off the Jordan was very convenient. The multi-level dock made it easy to get our parents in and out of the boat allowing them to enjoy seeing their grandkids water ski. Although there is no boat launch on the property, the Bay Marina is just around the corner complete with gas, ice, bait and fuel. The patio under the camp was open and breezy making the hammock a nice place to relax after a day of fun. We will be back!

The views of the river are nice from this property. The porch we enjoyed very much---delightful breeze and shady. The house is also nice, although compared to others we have rented in the past, it was average.
Overall we enjoyed our stay! One thing that was very disappointing, however, was the owner's party barge was parked under the house. The description of the rental mentions that that area could be used for grilling or just sitting and enjoying the breeze. The breeze was blocked by the party barge and sitting next to a party barge was not attractive.
Recommended for:  Age 55+, Families with Teenagers
Owner's Response: We have taken care of the party barge. It will not have their for future guest. Usually not their but that weekend couldn't be helped.
