Photos and Description of the County Wexford vacation house rental A self-catering rental with a hot tub, close to beaches and all amenities

5 Bedroom home in a tranquil location on half an acre of landscaped garden. Extensive decking with Hot tub to the rear which is a sun trap and very private. Equidistant to Wexford, Waterford and New Ross. 5 year old house, tastefully decorated and furnished as a family holiday home. There are wooden floors throughout the property. There are two large Bedroom upstairs, each with double beds and double futons. Each futon can be used to sleep 2 children comfortably. Downstairs there are two double bedrooms and a single bedroom. The Master bedroom is at the rear of the house with ensuite Toilet, Shower and WHB. In the Master bedroom, patio doors lead to the deck area and the hot tub. Modern Rustic Kitchen with Dining area is located to the rear of the house. There is a TV lounge (including DVD and Video) and a dining room also on the ground floor. We have deliberately chosen not to install a phone line or internet access as this is a retreat.

Beautiful house in beautiful countryside. Decking runs along entire rear of house, garden furniture complete with sun loungers and barbecue enable the sunny aspect to be enjoyed. Indoors is decorated to the height of luxury with fully equipped kitchen. There are 3 Bathrooms, 1 ensuite. 4 double bedrooms and a single bedroom. Two Double bedrooms upstairs have double futons also. TV/Sitting room with DVD and video player with DVDs/videos. Ideal base to explore the sunny south east. Historic Wexford is 15 minutes away. Tintern Abbey is on your doorstep for pleasant walks and views. Beaches and swimming pools within easy reach.

    Property Rental costs are payable in advance of arrival. Check in time is 4pm. Check out time is 11am.

    A 50% Booking deposit is required to secure dates.
    The other 50% is required 4 weeks before arrival.
    €400 security deposit required on Entry and Refunded on Exit by mutual agreement with Agent.
    A laundry/meet & greet fee of €100 applies to all stays regardless of duration and is payable on arrival directly to the Agent
