The flat is located in a typical Viennese apartment house from the period of promoterism that was built in 1895. There is a possibility to use the attached garden. The apartment is well suited for families, business travellers and also for tourists. The Vienna International Centre is close by and the city centre can be reached by public transport within 20 minutes. The Viennese Nr. 1 recreation area - the Danube Island - is directly in front of the house.

One of a kind recreation area: The Danube Island, the number one recreation area in Vienna, is directly in front of the door and offers various leisure pleasures all around the year. The Danube Island is a 21,1km long strip alongside the river of Danube and the so called 'new Danube' that was built during the 1980ies as a flood protection for the city of Vienna. It is, beside the flood protection, a green oasis that is used by the Viennese for recreational sporting activities. Especially cycling, running, skating swimming, sailing and (Nordic) walking are the main sports here. In wintertime cross county skiing and ice skating is very nice here. Copa Cagrana, the best place for open air summertime nightlife within Vienna is located near the so called Reichsbrücke, 10min. of walking distance from the apartment.
