This tastefully furnished, upscale condo is a bright, sunny corner unit on the 15th floor of a new, steel and concrete building, with two decks boasting panoramic views of the ocean and Olympic Mountains. It is in the best downtown location; one block from the inner harbor, the Empress Hotel and Conference Centre, Beacon Hill Park and many other attractions (see below and the map). Enjoy relaxing on the deck and watching the sunset over the ocean.

The condo has everything you need to make your stay comfortable, including a fully equipped kitchen, 52' HDTV with PVR, and high speed wireless internet. It is a secure building with safe, underground parking and bike storage included. There is a communal gym and entertainment room with a TV and pool table for everyone's use.

The condo is approximately 900 sq. ft. There are two bedrooms and two bathrooms. Each bedroom has a queen bed, desk, closet, and huge windows. The master bedroom has large walk through closets that lead into a 4 piece en suite bathroom.

Car rental is across the street. Local transit buses stop outside the entrance to the building. Kayak and bike rentals, the tourist information centre, whale watching, movie theatres, many great restaurants and shops, IMax, the Royal BC Museum, Parliament buildings, Royal London Wax Museum, Undersea Gardens and the Royal & McPherson Theatre are within a safe, 5 minute walk away.

For your convenience, the condo is stocked with lots of extra everyday items that you would normally have to purchase such as coffee, tea, condiments, herbs and spices, flour, cooking oil and sugar. All cleaning provisions and laundry detergents, paper goods, trash bags, foil, plastic wrap, soap, shampoo, conditioner and a hairdryer are provided.

If you want clean, convenient self-catering accommodations with reasonable rates and great views, in Victoria's best downtown location, then this apartment is for you! It is ideal for vacations, winter escapes, relocation, corporate stays, and if you don't have a car.

Well-Equipped Condo with Fantastic View

Thank you Sue for a beautiful condo, so well equipped that next time we come I won't even feel I need to bring my own pillow! I loved your collection of sharp knives and my son loved the speed of the internet connection. The breakfast items you supplied were much appreciated the next morning. The condo is in a perfect location - walking distance to the harbor and shops and only half a block from two car rental locations when a car is needed. We enjoyed our long walks along Dallas Road and along the harbor over the Johnston St bridge in Esquimalt. A walk to the Ogden Point breakwater and lunch at the Ogden Point cafe is always entertaining but "Red Chili Mocha" at the Blue Fox is our favorite thing to drink.

Easy and convenient

We highly recommend this very safe and clean rental unit. It has the most wonderful view of Victoria from both balconies and walking distance to many of the must-see sights.
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and appreciated the many “little extras” the owner, Sue, had left for our use: shampoos, soaps as well as basic kitchen and food items such as coffee, milk and such. The condo comfortably accommodated four people. Even the parking garage was spotless and convenient.
Sue was very professional and made sure the financial transactions were easy and safe. She welcomed us even though we arrived a little earlier than check-in time. She also provided us with her contact numbers we could call any time if we had any problems and offered many suggestions for restaurants and convenience shopping close by. Thanks Sue.

Sue's Place is well situated in downtown Victoria with a wonderful view. In in the foreground are the Parliament Buildings which are lighted at night, just beyond is the Inner Harbour close enough to see the boats and the action there. The Museum, Imax and the Empress Hotel complete the picture. Beacon Hill Park is near where we walked many mornings. There are many shops, restaurants, hotels and banks only 5 minutes away. Two food stores, Thrifty's on Menzies and the Market on Quadra are easy walks. Along the waterfront are many stalls where tours can be arranged. An
interesting evening stroll here to watch one man entertainments, even the “hawkers” are laid back and
friendly.
Sue is a good hostess who met us on our arrival and patiently explained the security system, garage entrance and the garbage area with its eco-friendly disposal bins. The Condo is well supplied with all
the necessities and many extras are included. It is a comfortable 2-bedroom condo with views from each bedroom as well as the living room. There are 2 balconies, a great place to take in the afternoon sun and watch the sunset later.
We rented for a month and were pleased with our choice. Hopefully we will be able to return in the future.

I live in Victoria, so I know the neighbourhoods and proximity to the sites and services well. This place has a first rate location with the best view possible. I rented this for my relatives visiting from Europe for 10 days. The longer they stayed the more they realized what a great location and apartment they had. The friendly owner also provides lots of useful information for visitors. The apartment is in immaculate condition.
