This tastefully furnished, upscale condo is a bright, sunny corner unit on the 15th floor of a new, steel and concrete building, with two decks boasting panoramic views of the ocean and Olympic Mountains. It is in the best downtown location; one block from the inner harbor, the Empress Hotel and Conference Centre, Beacon Hill Park and many other attractions (see below and the map). Enjoy relaxing on the deck and watching the sunset over the ocean.

The condo has everything you need to make your stay comfortable, including a fully equipped kitchen, 52' HDTV with PVR, and high speed wireless internet. It is a secure building with safe, underground parking and bike storage included. There is a communal gym and entertainment room with a TV and pool table for everyone's use.

The condo is approximately 900 sq. ft. There are two bedrooms and two bathrooms. Each bedroom has a queen bed and huge windows. The master bedroom has large walk through closets that lead into a 4 piece en suite bathroom.

Car rental is across the street. Local transit buses stop outside the entrance to the building. Kayak and bike rentals, the tourist information centre, whale watching, movie theatres, many great restaurants and shops, IMax, the Royal BC Museum, Parliament buildings, Royal London Wax Museum, Undersea Gardens and the Royal & McPherson Theatre are within a safe, 5 minute walk away.

For your convenience, the condo is stocked with lots of extra everyday items that you would normally have to purchase such as coffee, tea, condiments, herbs and spices, flour, cooking oil and sugar. All cleaning provisions and laundry detergents, paper goods, trash bags, foil, plastic wrap, soap, shampoo, conditioner and a hairdryer are provided.

great condo in the heart of Victoria

We enjoyed a wonderful 2 weeks at this condo. It was spotless, and very comfortable. The location could not have been more perfect, as we easily walked to everything. Of course the trade-off for being in the heart of downtown is the city noise-that goes with the territory. The view was spectacular-never tired of looking at it. The furniture was comfy, and we particularly loved the very comfy couch on the balcony-a great place to sit and read or just admire the view. It was a bonus to have a very secure, clean building and a convenient indoor parking spot. The owner, Sue, was delightful to deal with-very organized and very friendly and accommodating. We anticipate returning in the future.

Great Location! Pleasant Accommodations!

This condo is in a great location for everything! A very short walk from Pacific Coach Lines which made it easy to arrive from Vancouver Airport by bus. Everything you need is within walking distance from this condo.along with rental car agencies for that desire to venture further out from Victoria for exploring or a trek to Butchart Gardens. We enjoyed exploring Victoria and the surrounding area on bicycles and were able to lock the bikes overnight in the garage. Sue, the owner was wonderful... she is quick to respond to emails, eager to give instructions and travelling tips and met us on the sidewalk to greet us and let us into the complex! All in all a great choice!

Great Rental Choice for 2 Couples to Stay in Victoria

We enjoyed our stay for 7 days at this property. The location is excellent for both walking and driving to our parts of the island and is close to all the main inner harbor attractions. The condo is beautifully maintained, spotless and comfortable. The owner, Sue is delightful to work with and was so accommodating with our different arrival and departure times. Stocking the condo with supplies was also a plus! Don't hesitate to reserve this property-views are outstanding and after a day of walking and touring the island, the beautiful deck and patio set was a perfect way to end the long summer day with a relaxing cocktail.

3 weeks in paradise!

We have had an absolutely fantastic holiday and the condo made a superb and comfortable 'home-base'. All the 'little extras' around the apartment really added to our enjoyment and went beyond the facilities listed. Our highlights of the stay were many and varied but the location of the condo is just perfect, minutes away from the harbour, restaurants and shops in downtown Victoria, not to mention the BC Museum, IMAX and Beacon Hill Park. The view from the apartment is superb and we spent many an hour just watching ships, seaplanes and the rest of the world go by. The owner made it all so easy on arrival and departure days and the apartment was spotlessly clean. It is a great holiday venue.

Fantastic condo!

What a fantastic condo! With it's great view, central location and friendly residential residents, we couldn't ask for anything more. All the extras left by Sue to enhance our stay made us feel most welcome. Thanks, Sue!

We walked and walked more than 250 km - through Beacon Hill Park and along the ocean, Government House, the Art Gallery, Oak Bay Village, Cook St. Village, walked most of the 'Walking Tours', James Bay of course, along both sides of the harbour, China Town, downtown shops, the Gorge Walkway, took the bus (or drove when we rented a car) to Sooke, Cowichan Bay, Sidney, almost to Port Renfrew etc. Mostly ate at home, using the well equipped kitchen.

Our favourite restaurants:
Breakfast: Blue Fox, Millie's Bakery
Lunch: Murchie's
Dinner: Pescatores.

Bought an annual pass for the IMAX theatre and enjoyed all the films at least once. Attended Question Period at the Legislature when Parliament was in session. It's right over there, how could we not go! Look forward to our return. Thanks"
