Our location is centralized enough to visit sites like Hearst Castle, Morro Bay, Pismo Beach, Solvang, and especially the wine trails. The climate is ideal, always around 70 degrees. If you are a golfer, the value is the best on the Central Coast. The 27-hole Blacklake Golf Course and its sister course Avila Beach Golf Course are located just south of Pismo Beach.

Hearst Castle provides good tours, and Cambria and Moro Bay are nearby favorites for the many art galleries and restaurants. The brand new state of the art Marian Hospital is now open in north Santa Maria, just 10 minutes away.
