Modern one bedroom unit situated on the third floor, within walking distance to the famous Gold Coast beaches, casino, convention centre, pacific fair and the trendy cafe's and restaurants in Broadbeach.

This lovely fully self contained one bedroom airconditioned unit features one queen bed in the main bedroom and also a lovely balcony to sit and relax on overlooking the gardens.

The kitchen is fully self contained with a fridge, microwave and dishwasher. There is also a separate laundry with a washing machine and dryer.

This property has full resort facilities which include an indoor and outdoor pool area, spa, sauna, gym and games room. There is also a roof top BBQ area with fantastic views of Surfers Paradise and the beaches along with a Bar and Cafe downstairs by the pool area.

This is a fantastic location along with five star resort facilities and a bus stop at your doorstep!
