Both are modern, fully air conditioned and heated, tastefully decorated and provide comfort with all mod cons as well as being child friendly! Huge terraces both sunny and shady along with a large gated pool area making it good for small children. Stunning master bedroom suite with balcony and amazing views. Egyptian cotton sheets and quality towels for all rooms. Sky TV, DVD player and large outside bar with additional kitchen and BBQ. Plenty of outside dining facilities along with comfy outdoor sofas on shady terrace. Basketball, ping-pong and 14ft trampoline with safety net. Lovely, well maintained pretty gardens. Situated in a private, gated, well maintained urbanisation, the villa is about half way up the mountain, providing the most stunning panoramic views. It is in a peaceful, un-overlooked position on a quiet road that gives you a real 'away-from-it-all' feeling. There is a good degree of privacy on the terraces. It is close to several beaches, restaurants, supermarkets, tennis courts and golf courses. The nearest town is a 5 -10 minute drive and Denia and Javea are 15 - 20 minutes away. Alicante Airport is only 45 minutes drive and Valencia 1 hour. There are water parks, safari parks and theme parks all within 40 minutes drive.

Notes: This villa is only 5 years old and has been built, maintained and decorated to a high standard. It's owners have made it as child friendly as possible, without compromising on the luxury and comfort for adults. There is basketball, table tennis and a 14ft trampoline with safety net (used solely at own risk).There are two huge sun terraces - one 29 metres long with it's own outdoor bar, extending into a shady area with a comfy outdoor three piece suite and dining area. The other sun terrace surrounds the large pool and is behind a lockable, gated wall to protect small children from the swimming pool. The pool itself has large semi-circular steps going in to it. Also in this area are 8 sunbeds, 2 outdoor bean bags and a reclinable three setter swing seat. You will also find plenty of inflatables, games, toys and books for children. For the adults, there is a large outdoor bar complete with bar stools, very large extra (beer) fridge, table tennis table and BBQ.

Beaches: There are numerous sandy beaches - the closest being about 5 minutes drive away. Most have long stretches of shallow water and one even has a fresh water stream running through the middle of it - a natural 'lazy river' - great for small children afraid of the waves. If you prefer a more commercialised beach, Denia is only 15 minutes away with its plethora of sunbeds, beach bars and watersports.

Golf: Club de Golf Oliva Nova, 18 hole par 72 designed by Seveiano Ballesteros is 10 minutes drive, Club de Golf 'La Sella' designed by Jose Maria Olasaball is 20 minutes and Camp de Golf El Saler designed by Javier Arana (voted 2nd best course in Europe by Golf World and hosted several Spanish Opens) is 60 minutes drive.

Amenities: At the bottom of the mountain (2 minute drive) there is a bank, a large restaurant, a bar, internet access, tennis courts and a small park. There is also a local English babysitting service.
