This newly furnished luxury villa comes with a private pool and large lush gardens backs onto tropical woodland. It's located in the heart of the exclusive gated resort of Sotogrande only minutes from the beach & famous golf clubs of Sotogrande & Valdaramma, making it the ideal family holiday rental. It's within a few mins. walk of local shops & restuarants The villa consists of an open plan living room with fireplace, SKY TV, DVD player, dining room for 6 and a kitchen with dishwasher and breakfast area. The master bedroom has a double bed with en suite bathroom and SKY TV. The second and third bedrooms have 2 single beds in each and share a hall bathroom. The 4th bedroom has a pull out sofa that can sleep 2 more people or can be used as a family room/play room. There are several outdoor terrace areas, one covered with a pergola and separate outdoor dining area with a sofa. Outside there is a BBQ grill, children s swings, outside dining for 6, 6 sun beds and wicker furniture
