  • Until confirmed, rates are subject to change without notice. 10% government accommodations tax & 10% service fee will be added to total. Rental rates are for the entire villa. Payments can be made by check, Visa, MasterCard, or American Express. Bookings are generally from Saturday to Saturday.

    If you're interested in booking Sunset Point Villa, please contact us by email or phone and we can put a 72-hour hold on your desired date. To make a confirmed reservation, a 25% deposit is required upon booking. The balance is due 60 days prior to arrival. You may cancel and get a full refund (less 6% of total rental administration fee) up to 90 days prior to arrival. Within 90 days, a refund is subject to re-letting the property. During the Christmas and New Year's holidays, a 50% deposit is required and a refund for cancellation any time is subject to re-letting the property. Because unforeseen circumstances can occur, we highly recommend travel insurance.
