Located on the beautiful shores of Providenciales in Turks and Caicos, Sunset Point Oceanfront Villa is available for weekly rental all year-round. This spacious 4000 sq/ft villa is surrounded by half an acre of lush landscaping and turquoise waters. It looks like two houses, but it's all one large house under two roofs that can accommodate up to ten guests. Sunset Point Oceanfront Villa features four air-conditioned bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms, sparkling private pool, game room with big-screen TV and ping pong table, full kitchen, wireless internet, and wraparound decks with incredible ocean views.     Bookings are generally from Saturday to Saturday. Until confirmed, rates are subject to change without notice. 10% Government Accommodations Tax will be added to total.

    If you're interested in booking Sunset Point Villa, please contact us by email or phone and we can put a 72-hour hold on your desired date. To make a confirmed reservation, a 25% deposit is required upon booking. The balance is due 60 days prior to arrival. You may cancel and get a full refund (less 6% of total rental administration fee) up to 90 days prior to arrival. Within 90 days, a refund is subject to re-letting the property. During the Christmas and New Year's holidays, a 50% deposit is required and a refund for cancellation any time is subject to re-letting the property. Because unforeseen circumstances can occur, we highly recommend travel insurance.
