Facilities: Colour TV, DVD, Stereo, Dishwasher, Microwave, BBQ, Outdoor Furniture, Slow Combustion Heater. Fully fenced yard.

Only a short walk to the main street, shops, river & wharf district. Inside is beautifully redecorated. 4 comfortable good sized bedrooms (main with ensuite), large country dining room/lounge area with picture windows and french doors that lead to the beautiful outdoor stone paved alfresco dining area. There is a kitchen with dishwasher and a bathroom with shower/bath facilities. There is off street parking for your cars & boat.
