Close to Beach and Pt Elliot Township

The downstairs level of this property is available for your holiday in Pt Elliot. It is very close to a popular swimming beach, has slight sea views and is also a short walk to the central shopping area within Pt Elliot. It has three bedrooms, bathroom with shower and toilet, well equipped kitchen, open plan lounge/dining room area and lovely decking to the rear of the home. Linen is not provided in the rental rate. Linen can be hired at an extra cost.

We enjoyed the close proximity to the beach and enjoyed many walks along the foreshore. Within easy walking distance of Chiton Rocks and Horseshoe Bay. It was also on the encounter bike track so next time we'll take the bikes. Amanda, Australia
