Villa, 3 Bedrooms, 2 Baths, (Sleeps 6)

A lovely, comfortable3 bed villa situated on the 6th hole of the golf course with a fantastic view. It is a perfect holiday home for small families

There is a homely lounge area with Sony Bravia TV & Sony DVD player, a dining room table and breakfast bar and fully equipped kitchen. The villa is equipped with an IPod docking station.

The master queen bedroom has an en-suite bathroom

The second bedroom is a queen bed and the third a twin room.

The villa has 2 bathrooms.

The villa is tiled throughout

The garage is a games room with ping pong / table tennis and darts facilities

When you are not out at about you can simply relax on the south facing pool deck or in the pool watching the golfers go by. The pool area is screened with a lanai to keep out biting bugs so you can relax in peace. Heated pool is an optional extra recommended between October - April.

There is an option of guests using the public swiming pool in the boulevard

There are plenty of places to eat out and many options of take away's nearby and the kitchen is fully equipped when you want to eat in .

Free telephone calls to USA and Canada with free WiFI. International cards can be purchased from local supermarkets from $10.

Southern Dunes is located approximately 40 minutes from Orlando International Airport or approximately 60 minutes from Tampa airport

Not forgetting Southern Dunes itself which is ranked number 6 golf course in Florida with a fabulous Clubhouse/Restuarant/Bar and onsite facilities include public swimming pools, gym, tennis courts and play area for children. 2 supermarkets are situated at the front of the 24 security manned estate

Everything was as we expected, clean and confy. The aera is great, good restaurants and shopping in the entrance.

Family of 3 (1 child of 8). This is an excellent property in a lovely gated community. The villa contained everything we needed and was very clean and well appointed (wide screen TV plus iPOD friendly music system inc) & maintained. Pool was excellent, allowed us to have a relaxing start to the day.
Local facilities very good- grocery store etc located just off site of the South Dunes Community.
Golf Course Clubhouse very welcoming and friendly.
Well located for Disney- genuinely only 20 minutes drive to Magic Kingdom and all other parks.
Recommended for:  Age 55+, Pet-friendly, Adventure Seekers, Girls Getaway, Sightseeing, Families with Teenagers, Families with Young Children, People with Disabilities, Romantic Getaway
