Set in the exclusive area of San Gines, La Azhoia with it's own large pool & garden area & only a gentle stroll to the beach. Without doubt some of the most fantastic views of the Med & mountain ranges all tied up in one location. Enjoy the local cuisine whilst looking out across the bay or make use of the fully equipped kitchen or B.B.Q area. The port of Mazarron and the historical city of Cartagena are equal distance away, a short 10min drive,with enough shopping for even the most dedicated. Cartagena also offers a view into past,with its Roman ruins and the present, with it's large naval presence, including the impressive submarine base. The surrounding mountains contain many old fortifications put in place to protect the city,that are well worth a visit. The villa is fully equipped with both dishwasher,washing machine,SKY TV and DVD. Be sure to make use of the stunning roof terrace both day & night.

The villa is situated only 300 meters from the quiet beaches of Mazarron Bay. You can enjoy the sun-bathing or head to the S.C.U.B.A schools and enjoy the depths of the Mediterranean. Alternatively stay by the private pool and soak up the sun.
