Close to the beautiful beaches of the Gulf Coast with endless opportunities nearby for fishing, boating, golfing, bird watching, shopping and more. Within easy reach of Orlando theme parks, Busch Gardens and the Everglades. Enormous master bedrooms with impressive en suites, including spa baths. 2 spacious twin bedrooms with shared en suite. Cosy den with additional sofabed. Separate pool shower room. Formal and informal dining areas. Lovely comfortable lounge area with large sliding doors which open out to the pool, and overlook the canal. Spacious, well equipped open plan kitchen with high quality units and appliances. The Gulf Coast has wonderful beaches. Englewood beach, known for its shells and sharks teeth is 15 minutes away. Siesta Key to the north has powder white sand. The area is a haven for deep sea and coastal fishing, with many places offering boat rental and fishing trips. Water sports are also widely available. The Gulf Coast provides countless opportunities for golfers of all standards. Rotonda itself has 5 courses, with many more in the surrounding area. Rotonda West is an ideal base for day trips to explore local attractions. The Everglades are just 2 hours drive south. Tampa Bay with Busch Gardens (our favourite park) is 90 minutes drive north. Disney, Universal and Sea World in are only 2.5 hours away. For shopaholics, there is a large mall only 20 minutes away and factory outlet centres 1 hour away. There is a large Walmart a few minutes from the house and a good range of local restaurants. Tampa International is the airport of choice for UK visitors, being 1.5 hours away.

  • NB: Prices may be subject to change at the owner's discretion.
    Discounts available for long term lets (4 weeks and over).
    Spa electric heat £50 per week.
    A booking deposit of 20% is required. The remaining 80% is required 60 days before arrival date, with a security deposit of £200. The management company will check the house on departure, and providing no damage has occurred, the security deposit will be fully refunded.
    Payment is acceptable UK Sterling (or US Dollars by arrangement) by Bank Transfer or by personal cheque.
