On the top of a hill with a beautiful view over the surroundings hills and small villages,the villa offers five spacious bedrooms and four bathrooms, a big living room with fireplace and big windows opening onto the garden, separate dining hall and a very big fully-equipped modern kitchen. Set in over 10000 m2 of lawned gardens planted with olives trees it has a private pool and a shaded BBQ terrace. The perfect villa for a relaxing family holiday on the Cote. Ecologically built (green environment) home . Its building materials, (thick bricks with special circulation inside), make the inside of the property have a natural cool place during the summer. Close to the villages of VALBONNE and MOUGINS. Sunny, south facing, on the site of an old vineyard. Only 20 minutes from Nice Airport, and 11km from the Croisette in Cannes and easy access to the coast from Monaco to St.Tropez. A wonderful country retreat but close to the buzz of the Riviera.

The villa is 5 minutes by car from the picturesque Cote d'Azur village of Valbonne well known by golf players because surrounded by 8 beautiful golf courses and also well known for the selection of restaurants, art galleries and the famous Friday market. To the South are Cannes, Antibes with their beaches. Many other villages are close by to visit - why not try Vence, Biot, Gourdon - or perhaps explore the perfume town of Grasse. The Promenade des Anglais in Nice is also well-worth a stroll - ending up in the restaurants of the old town. Only 20 minutes from Nice Airport, and 11km from the Croisette in Cannes and easy access to the coast from Monaco to St.Tropez.

Notes: The villa has approximately 280 sq.m. of accommodation with five bedrooms, four bathrooms(including a guest toilet), living room, dining room, kitchen and hall. The living room is very spacious with windows which open onto the lawn. Here there is TV with satellite channels . In the dining hall is a beautiful family table and chairs comfortably seating 8 people. French windows lead out to the BBQ terrace and outdoor dining area with a large table and 3 comfortable couches. There's a big modern kitchen, fully equipped with new electric steam oven, microwave and big fridge freezer and dishwasher and a large table for 8-10 people. A nice walk through the park leads you to the swimming pool. Towels and bed linen are provided and a daily maid service is included.
