Skiing: Oukaimeden is located about 40mins from Beb Adrar D'Atlas and caters for downhill and cross-country skiers. Currently the season is short, mid January to mid February is usually the best time for good snow. Dubai state developer Emaar, has signed an agreement with King Mohammed V1 to build a ski resort at oukaimeden. It will extend the season to four months and will provide vacation properties and hotel rooms.
