Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency (Euro) unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.

Notes

• ALWAYS ASK FOR SPECIAL OFFERS; if your time schedule is flexible so will be our pricing!
  RATES include water, electricity and gas; cleaning after departure; change of bed linen once a week; change of towels twice a week; heating and firewood for stoves and fireplaces available from the stockpile during the colder winter periods; baby cots and high chairs; use of swimming pool and access to grounds, orchards and citrus groves.
  Not included are additional beds, bikes, pushchairs, beach towels, air-conditioning, use of washing machine, internet access, babysitting, laundry, maid service, etc. which can be provided by arrangement.
  Some applicable extra charges: extra bed €70-105.-/week, bikes €20.-/week, pushchair €10.-/week, beach towels €5.-/week, A/C €35.-/week/room, washing machine €5.-/run.
  Guests may be requested to pay a security deposit amounting to €300.- for the Casarão, €200.- for the White Stables or the Patio House, and €100.- for the Cottage.
• ARRIVAL and DEPARTURE.
  The accommodation will be available from 16:00 hrs on the day of arrival till 10:00 hrs on the day of departure. A half day up to a full day rent may be charged if the accommodation is to be made available before 16:00/12:00 hrs on the day of arrival or after 10:00/14:00 hrs on the day of departure, provided such arrangements are possible.
• BOOKING, PAYMENTS and CANCELLATION by CLIENT
  A down payment of 25% of the rent will confirm the booking, the remaining 75% being payable no later than 12 weeks before arrival. Clients have the option to pay in 4 installments of 25% each: the first one at the time of booking; the 2nd, 3rd and last one respectively 12, 8 and 4 weeks prior to arrival. Failure to pay installments timely can be considered a cancellation.
  In case of cancellation down payments are not refundable and following reimbursement schedule will apply:
  - 83~56 days before arrival date: 50% of the total rent; nil if only 2x 25% installments were paid;
  - 55~28 days before arrival date: 35% of the total rent; 10% if only 3x 25% were paid;
  - less than 28 days before arrival: 20% of the total rent.
  If payments in cash have been agreed upon, these will be made on arrival against issuance of the keys. In case of cancellation, Client remains bound to pay the rent as agreed minus any refunds as per the schedule above
