A sunny, cozy rooftop studio in the quiet San Francisco neighborhood of Noe Valley. You will have a panoramic view all the way from Twin Peaks to the San Francisco Bay. Today, Noe Valley is one of San Francisco’s most desirable residential areas full of Victorian homes, shops, restaurants and easy public transportation access in one of the sunniest parts of The City.
Watch the fog hover over Twin Peaks as you have your morning coffee as the warm sunshines through your windows on three sides. Warm comfortable bed, cable TV and wireless Internet access. Half-bath with a wonderful tiled shower, wet-bar with large sink and small refrigerator. You will be provided with everything you need to make simple meals with the microwave, electric burning and toaster oven. Linen and towels provided.
A beautiful rooftop hideaway, with its own access through a side passageway and up a back staircase. Must be able to negotiate stairs since access is up a circular staircase of 43 steps.
You will be in walking distance to restaurants and Noe Valley’s 24th Street shops, or you can catch the J-Church MUNI line just a block away that will give you direct access not only to the environs of Noe Valley, but to the Castro, Dolores Park and downtown San Francisco. BART is just a short 10-minute walk.
Parking is on the street though garage parking can be arranged for an additional fee. A washer and dryer are available on the premises.

Your host has lived at this location since 1986 and has lovingly restored and updated each unit in the builidng making for a unique and relaxed living experience.
San Francisco is a city of neighborhoods and Noe Valley is one of the nicest. It is in a part of The City that the sun shines brightly when much of the rest of San Francisco is in the Fog. It is a neighborhood where you walk! Walk to the shops and stores on 24th St., or find wonerful restaurants just blocks away on Church St. Walk to a cheese store, meat market, or take in the Saturday morning Farmers' Market. Walk in any direction and you will find a coffee shop where you can sit and relax enjoying your tea or coffee.
