LIVE HIGH ABOVE SAN FRANCISCO'S NOE VALLEY! ROOFTOP SUNROOM

Noe Valley Studio Rental Photos and Description

Studio, 1 Bath, (Sleeps 2)

Stay High Above the Rooftops of San Francisco’s Noe Valley

$700.00 weekly, 1 Week minimum stay, $2000.00 monthly., Sleeps 2. Unfortunately, I am not able to accommodate children.

A sunny, cozy rooftop studio in the quiet San Francisco neighborhood of Noe Valley. You will have a panoramic view all the way from Twin Peaks to the San Francisco Bay. Today, Noe Valley is one of San Francisco’s most desirable residential areas full of Victorian homes, shops, restaurants and easy public transportation access in one of the sunniest parts of The City.

Watch the fog hover over Twin Peaks as you have your morning coffee as the warm sunshines through your windows on three sides. Warm comfortable bed, cable TV and wireless Internet access. Half-bath with a wonderful tiled shower, wet-bar with large sink and small refrigerator. You will be provided with everything you need to make simple meals with the microwave, electric burning and toaster oven. Linen and towels provided.

A beautiful rooftop hideaway, with its own access through a side passageway and up a back staircase. Must be able to negotiate stairs since access is up a circular staircase of 43 steps.

You will be in walking distance to restaurants and Noe Valley’s 24th Street shops, or you can catch the J-Church MUNI line just a block away that will give you direct access not only to the environs of Noe Valley, but to the Castro, Dolores Park and downtown San Francisco for the Cable Cars and Union Square. BART is just a short 10-minute walk.

Parking is on the street though garage parking can be arranged for an additional fee. A washer and dryer are available on the premises.

Please let me know where you are coming from if you are interested in my rooftop sunroom.

San Francisco is a city of neighborhoods and Noe Valley is one of the nicest. It is in a part of The City that the sun shines brightly when much of the rest of San Francisco is in the Fog. It is a neighborhood where you walk! Walk to the shops and stores on 24th St., or find wonerful restaurants just blocks away on Church St. Walk to a cheese store, meat market, or take in the Saturday morning Farmers' Market. Walk in any direction and you will find a coffee shop where you can sit and relax enjoying your tea or coffee.

Amazing stay

  • 5 of 5
Our stay at the "Rooftop Sunroom," in Noe Valley was one of the best experiences my wife and I have had staying in VRBOs'. Our host Dana, was professional, personable, and responsive to any requests or questions we had. The apartment is clean, comfortable, and private. The bed was comfortable too, we slept great.

The apartment has AMAZING views... As others have mentioned...the pictures do not do the actual views justice. The location could not have been better, close to amazing restaurants, Chloe's Cafe around the corner has amazing breakfasts and lunch options, with fresh eggs, fruit, and vegetables. You are close to 24th street, with shops, restaurants, Whole Foods, and close to public transportation too. The apartment is close to the Mission District as well. Dolores Park is within walking distance, and is not to be missed. The neighborhood is very safe. My wife and I felt safe walking around even late at night.

My wife and I have traveled a good bit, through Europe and the United States, staying at the "Rooftop Sunroom," was one of our better travel experiences we've had and this apartment and our host Dana were a large part of our great experience in SF. When we return to SF we will stay with Dana again, no doubt.

Excellent place to stay!

  • 5 of 5
The rooftop sunroom was the perfect place to stay for my husband and I during our week long getaway in San Fran! It has spectacular views of the city, all of the amenities you could need, a wonderfully cozy bed, and is a very close walk to MUNI and BART stations. Dana was extremely helpful and accommodating in giving us pointers on places to visit/eat and how to get around the city. We loved the neighborhood in Noe Valley because of its very local feel--close enough to the action but far enough away from other tourists, and a great area of the city with a nice selection of restaurants, shops and even a neighborhood Farmer's Market on Saturday. If you have a sweet tooth, we LOVED Bi-Rite Creamery and Mission Pie, which are both only several blocks away. I highly recommend staying here--it has everything two people could need and is as cozy as can be!

wonderful rooftop retreat

  • 5 of 5
This was a real find.

I used this as my base while staying in SF for a month & could not have made a better choice.
Noe Valley is a safe neighbourhood & you are a 5 minute walk from public transport but I prefer to do much of my eploring on foot.
Yes there are hills, but this is SF.

You have lots of eating options on 24th Street & a short MUNI ride will take you to The Castro & Market Street.

The Rooftop Sunroom itself is a terrific retreat. Yes, the stairs up to it are a little narrow & steep, but it's worth it for the view!
You can actually see the fog coming up over Twin Peaks & Sutro Tower & then make it's way over to Bernal Heights. It's just as impressive at night.
I spent many nights typing away at the laptop while marvelling at the beautiful view outside.
The bed was actually more comfortable than my own!

Dana was a great host & is always available to answer any questions.

I would return here without hesitation.

What a view!

We stayed a week in the rooftop sunroom and it was lovely. Dana was very helpful and had everything we needed for a nice stay. The stairs are bad at all. The location was fabulous and the J church Muni got us everywhere we needed to go so easily. Thanks for everything Dana, we look forward to visiting again, but this time well bring a jacket!

The perfect stay in Noe Valley

  • 5 of 5
I was fortunate enough to stay in the rooftop sunroom for 3 months. I accepted a job in SF and needed a place to stay for a couple months, while I transitioned to the city. I quickly discovered that I wanted to stay longer and extended my stay an extra month. Dana was so nice and accommodating. He always made sure my stay was comfortable. The rooftop sunroom is perfect for one person if you're thinking about staying a month or longer. The bed was very comfortable and the kitchen had everything I needed. My favorite part of the room was the view. The room has the most gorgeous view of the city and it's especially beautiful at sunset and in the morning. Plus, the location was perfect for discovering the city. It was one two blocks away from the Muni and a 10 minute walk to the Bart. Noe Valley has so much to offer with so many restaurants, bars, coffee shops, and a Whole Foods a few blocks away. Also, the location is only a few blocks from the Mission, which is one of the best neighborhood in the city. If you're traveling to SF or you're new to the city and need a place to stay for a couple months, I highly recommend the rooftop sunroom. I feel so fortunate that I found the best place for my first 3 months in SF.
