This bright and peaceful first floor apartment is at the rear of the building and overlooks a small garden of oleanders, orange and lemon trees. The bedroom has a double bed and a large mirrored wardrobe. All necessary bedlinen is provided. There is a comfortable convertible sofa bed in the lounge to sleep two. The open plan kitchen has an electric hob, a combi microwave oven, fridge freezer and dishwasher, plus all the necessary cutlery, crockery, pots and pans. There is also an iron and ironing board. Modern shower with toilet and a wash hand basin. Towels and a hair dryer are also supplied. There is no charge for the WiFi connection.

This quiet apartment is in an excellent position. Step out of the front door and you are in a bustling lane for pedestrians only,of bakeries, boutiques and delicatessens. It is ideal for guest attending a conference as the Cannes Palais des Festivals is a short walk away. Cannes sandy beaches, the Old Port, numerous moderately priced restaurants, the Forville Fruit, vegetable and fish market, Rue d’Antibes and the Croisette with luxurious shops are all nearby. As is the Old Port with boats to the islands and St. Tropez There is secure public underground parking immediately behind the apartment (rates on request). The railway station is a few minutes walk away. There is an excellent non-stop coach service from Nice airport to Cannes. The apartment is just a short walk away from the Cannes Hotel de Ville terminal. .

Great place for couples/families at the very...

... center of Cannes. At the shopping street with small stores (clothes, souvenirs, footwear, food, bakery etc), also a supermarket almost next to the appartment and the market place in 3 minutes walking distance if You don't count the smaller version at a grocery shop in front of the apartment. A variety of restaurants a few steps from the apartment. At the first night we had the take-a-way from Chinese restaurant and took it to the apartment's kitchen that has all the necessary tableware etc. Other nights enjoyed the Italian - there are several really close;)
The parking lot is conveniently just at the 'backyard' for those travelling by car and at the time we were there at the end of May and beginning of June there was no problem finding the place.
Actually You feel home at this cosy apartment that in our opinion suits fine for a couple or a family with 1-2 children.
Last but not least the hosts are most kind, helpful and caring!
We are deffinitely going to recommend the apartment to our friends.

A week in Rue Meynadier..........................

Location, location, location! This apartment is a little gem hidden away from the day time hustle and bustle of Rue Meynadier. It is extreamly private, clean, very comfortable and has everything you could wish for to make this a real home from home.
Ideally situated on Rue Meynadier with its great selection of shops, resturants and those all important bakeries for brioche and pain au chocolate in the morning!
A stroll away is the harbour with its amazing boats and a great range of beautiful beaches.
If flying into Nice there is a great coach service which drops you 4 minutes from the front door - what service!
Or if you have a car Monaco, Antibes and Nice are very easy to reach.
We can not wait to go again next year and call Rue Meynadier home for another week.

Lovely apartment in centre of Cannes

We have stayed in Cannes a number of times now (in hotels and apartments). This rue Meynadier apartment was fantastic. A great location with shops and restaurants literally on your doorstep and the conference centre and seafront a few minutes stroll away. Although on a busy street the apartment is at the back of the building so reasonably quiet.

Although tiny, the apartment was thoughtfully laid out and was immaculately clean. The English owners could not have been more helpful, even finding somewhere to store our luggage after our stay ended.

This is an ideal apartment for any couple.

This apartment was excellent! We got more than we hoped for. Definitely worth of every euro.

The owners were waiting for us at the bus station and took us to the apartment. They showed us how everything worked in the apartment and gave us all the necessary information of the property.
The apartment itself was very clean and very well-maintained. What delighted us most was how clean and well-equipped the apartment was:sunshade, books, beach chair, cleaning equipment, first-aid equipment, clean towels, clean bed linen etc.
The apartment is quite near the train station (easy to travel to Antibes, Nice, Monaco and Ventimiglia(Italy)). We didn´t need a car, we used the train instead. At great location to do some shopping, supermarket is also almost next door. Walking distance from the beaches.
We were a family with a toddler.

We have recommended this place to our friends and relatives. And would definitely use it again ourselves!

A perfect vacation in Cannes

The apartment is kept to a high standard and is fully stocked with all of the utilities we needed for our stay.We were 2 persons and we found the apartment very comfortable and soon we felt at home. The location is perfect as it is in the pedestrian zone in Cannes. Shops, supermarket, restaurants, etc. are nearby. All the windows of the aparment are at the backyard. So it is also very quiet. You can reach the beach within a 3 minutes walk. The garage is reachable within a 1 minute walk which is very comfortable. To be honest: you need no car there because also the train station is within a 5 minutes walk from the aparment. We kept the car in the garage and used the train. Many thanks again to the owners of the aparment who were very helpful and we were glad to meet them. We will come back soon.
