Condo, 1 Bedroom + Den, 1.5 Baths, (Sleeps 2-3)

This 2 bedroom condo is located in 'The Village' at Apache Wells Adult Living community in Mesa, located close to absolutely everything. The unit is located near a pool with a second larger pool located at the Clubhouse, a short walk further. The Apache Wells Pro Shop is two blocks away and includes a Bar & Grill that is open daily.

The HOA is well run and The Village boasts a quiet, peacful atmosphere with friendly neighbors. This is a truly wonderful environment that will make your stay very enjoyable. The Village at Apache Wells HOA does not allow for pets and requires that at least 1 renter is 55 years old.

The unit was refurbished during the summer (2012) with a fresh look, updated electronics, kitchen accessories, the works! The master bedroom has a new king size bed and already has a very large walk in closet and plenty of storage space. The new second bedroom has a twin size bed.

Why The Owner chose Mesa

Before moving back to the Pacific Northwest, I lived in the Palm Desert, California area for about 10 years and enjoyed visiting the Phoenix area as well. I am a Sun Princess! While down south I fell in love with desert lifestyle, environment, people, everything! When an opportunity presented itself to buy a condo in Apache Wells, I could not resist! The Village is beautiful, peaceful, and very relaxing!

What makes this condo unique

The condo is closest to the smaller of the two pools at The Village, which is nice when you just want to relax. But it is a short walk from the larger pool which is great for socializing and meeting the neighbors. The HOA does not allow for pets of any kind. I apologize if this is an inconvenience.
