A tranquil and private roomy villa set in the heart of the orange and peach groves. Suitable for large families. Fully ramped with wide doorways for wheelchair users. The large swimming pool has roman steps and is child friendly. Shaded terrace with pagado which makes a pleasant eating place with views across the countryside. There is an outside paellero and plenty of room for sunlounging on the terrace. Pick your own lemons for that G&T and oranges in season from the garden. The villa has a large lounge with dining area all air conditioned. Modern American style kitchen with dishwasher, 4 bedrooms, one being en suite, plus a family bathroom with jacuzzi bath. Although set in a peaceful rural area, the city of Valencia is within easy reach, offering vibrant cafes, bars, markets and parks along with the famous science museum and oceanographic aquarium. The local towns offer some of the best fiestas in Spain, including the tomatina, bull running, the final of the moto GP and las fallas.

The villa is located less than 10minutes away from the A3 motorway between Valencia and Madrid off the junction 337, so it is ideally situated to drive into the city or to the beaches 25 minutes away. the property overlooks the famous el bosque golf course and is a short drive to the ricardo tormo racing circuit in cheste and to Bonaire shopping centre, which offers bowling, restaurants, cinemas, and massive shopping outlets. Albufuera nature reserve is situated 25-30 minutes away and is ideal for picnics and day trips. Dont forget that Valencia is hosting the Formula 1 Grand Prix in august with a Monaco style race!
