Only 12 minutes (7 miles) from the Walt Disney World Resort area or 25 minutes (12 miles) from Sea World & Universal Studios. We are Located on Chatham Park, one of the most sought after locations. A well established neighborhood with fine upper middle income homes, built near the corner of Poinciana and Siesta Lago Blvd, off Highway 192 which links to all major highways & attractions. An excellent children's park and tennis courts are located in the center of the community. The single entrance has full time security making sure only residents are allowed in the neighborhood. With Orlando being situated in the middle of central Florida each coast line is only an hours drive away. Immediately to the East is Cape Canaveral/Cocoa Beach/Daytona and to the West is Tampa/Clearwater. With over 1750 sq.ft. of internal floor space our vacation home is the perfect alternative to cramped hotel rooms.

Additional information about rental rates

  • Payment can be accepted in $US or £GBP. Sales tax (13%) applies for $US payments. For a small charge we can accept payments from credit/debit cards. A non-refundable booking deposit of $300US/£200GBP is required to reserve the property. Payment of the full rental charge is required no later than 6 weeks prior to arrival. For booking made within 8 weeks of arrival date, payment in full is required.
  • Pool heating is available at an extra charge of $100US per week (or $20 per day). Sales tax (13%) applies for $US payments. A customized welcome pack of groceries can be arranged. Please ask for details.
  • CANCELLATION / CHANGES
    To ensure costs are kept to a minimum, please ensure that any changes to the dates are notified promptly. Within reason we will try to reschedule where possible.
    Cancellation Fees: Within 12 weeks of arrival - Loss of Deposit
    Within 4 weeks of arrival - 50% of booking charge
    Within 2 weeks of arrival - 75% of booking charge

Having kept this holiday from our 2 daughters who are 10 & 8 it was a big suprise for them,1st thing they asked was are we staying at Chatham Park as we stayed on the estate 3 years ago, we arrived at the villa and couldn't get over how clean it was and also how much space it had. It felt like home from home. They told us that this was far better than the other Villa we stayed in. The estate was very quite and also very clean. Walmark and Target are only a few minutes away, the parks are no-more than 20 mins away less than that on a good run. We would highly recommend this Villa and would be looking at booking this again in 3 years time.

We rented this villa for our family trip to Disney over Christmas. The description provided was very accurate. The villa is spacious and with the full kitchen, washer and dryer, and all the other amenities, you felt like you had never left home. The owner was very kind and quick to respond to inquiries. We highly recommend this villa to families and plan to use it again, soon!
