Also the property has a powder room/cloakroom which is conveniently located at the rear of the property and also can be entered from the pool area without having to go through the house. (Great when you’re using the pool)

Upgraded Cable Channel Package to all TV's All bedrooms are fitted out with the most beautiful furniture, elegant light fittings and luxurious bedding (including mattress toppers for added comfort). There is a phone in master suite 1 and a safe in which to keep all your personal possessions (passports, currency, etc.). If you still need more room there is a pullout sleeper sofa in the living room. Plus for families with young families there are 2 foldaway cribs, stair gate, high chair, bottle sterilizer & childs stroller in the property.

Notes: Our villa is set in a prime location on the fabulous gated family resort Windsor Palms, only 3 miles away from Disney. As guests at Windsor Palms you have complimentary use of - The clubhouse gymnasium, olympic size swimming pool, family jacuzzi, tennis, volleyball, basketball courts, childrens park and play areas, BBQ & picnic areas, free 58 seat cinema with 3 showing a day. Also at the resort for a small fee there is a shuttle bus service to all the parks, Nintendo Wii & bike hire. Belles palace has everything you would need to make your vacation a holiday to remember. As we have a young family ourselves there is lots of extras for the whole family to enjoy from an 8ft billards table & PSP 2 with a range of games to a Princess kitchen. We strive to make your dream holiday one to remember and truly value your custom and want you to tell all your friends and family about our wonderful home. Having said that we have made Belle's Palace everything you could possibly wish for!!!!!

Golf Heaven: Florida really is a golfers dream with some of the best courses in the world. The sunshine state also offers some of the best weather in which to enjoy a round. Belles palace is on the doorstep of 'mystic dunes' golf course and guests enjoy a discounted rate at the course. Mystic dunes has recently been voted the number 2 course in florida so where better to relax and shoot your dream round. Belles palace is also central to many many other golf courses so take your pick and have a golf holiday to remember.

We loved everything about this place. It felt like visiting very good friends, a real home from home. There were eleven of us,three generations of the family and we all agree it was ideal. There is space for everyone,gamesroom toys and pool for the kids,air con. and wine in the spa for Gran, the parents choose who to join.
Parks are great and location is good for restaurants and shopping,having such a comfortable place to come back to is the icing on the cake

A Home Away From Home

We had the most amazing time in Florida. It was our first time ever and it won't be our last. We would most definately stay in a villa again and would want to stay at Belles Palace as our first choice. I was amazed that with 10 people staying in the villa, it was so easy to keep clean and picked up. Everything we needed was there. Julie was easy to communicate with and it felt more like dealing with a friend or relative than a stranger. It was exactly as described. We were only minutes from Disney as well as other attractions, shopping and resturaunts. We had a great time at the Fun Spot in Old Town which was just down the road. The clubhouse was just across the way and the kids loved the movie theater and bikes to rent. The pool was just what the kids ordered, right outside our door. The game room was great and th pool table was used frequently.The younger children loved the toys and games and loved being in the game room as well. All of my relatives wanted a tour and were amazed as we were. Thank you Julie and family for a home away from home. For making your home so warm and inviting and most of all so very comfortable to be in. Even following a record cold spell we were warm and cozy in the house and in the pool.

June 2009. Just returned from a fantastic holiday in Florida.
"Belles Palace" was an absolute dream. Furnished to the highest standard, magnificent location, excellent communication with the owners. Dont have any doubts, book this luxury villa if you can. We would not hesitate to go back. After a long day at the parks, it was a joy to return to such a beautiful and relaxing villa.

Thank you for allowing us to use your fabulous, luxurious 6 bedroom home for the last couple of weeks! We were two families totalling 9 people and never once did we feel as though we were in each other's way. We loved that every drawer and cupboard in the kitchen was loaded with all the necessities of home...we did not lack anything! The backyard pool was the highlight of the home! Thank you so much...we will be back!

Just a note to thank you for a wonderful stay at Belles Palace, the villa was fantastic and so well equipped with everything we needed, which makes such a difference when travelling with a 2 year old! I think Hannah enjoyed being in the games room & pool as much as she did the Disney Parks!
We've stayed in several villas in Orlando in the past but all agreed yours was the best, and the location being so close to Disney was great.

Thanks again for all your help before our stay & the phone call when we arrived to check all was ok.

Hope to return again soon!
