This Caribbean Style Resort is right on the banks of the beautiful Lake Davenport. The resort is set in 70 acres of landscaped gardens making it a truly relaxing place to stay, Yet only 15 minutes away from Walt Disney World. The resort even has it's own beach on the banks of Lake Davenport! The resort is fully gated and has 24 hour security. With four heated pools, five Whirlpool Spas and a Kids Pool there is plenty of opportunity to cool down from the wonderful Florida Sunshine. For the more sporty type there is a Fitness centre, Basketball, Tennis, Volleyball and Nature Trail. If you feel like pampering yourself why not try one of the amazing treatments in the Bahamian spa. Our beautifully furnished condo has 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms and enjoys 2 screened balconies for that relaxing glass of wine after a day at the theme parks. The condo is fully equipped with all the latest appliances with Cable TV, DVD Player & CD. On site there is also a kids club and nightly entertainment

Located just off the Highway 192 the Condo is a 15 minute drive from Walt Disney World that includes Magic Kingdom, Animal Kingdom, Epcot, Disneys Hollywood Sudios, Blizzard Beach, Typhoon Lagoon and Downtown Disney. It is 20 minutes from Seaworld Orlando and Seaworlds brand new water park Aquatica. 30 minutes to Universal Orlando Resort that includes Islands of Adventure, Universal Studios and Citywalk nightime entertainment complex. Gatorland and Boggy Creek Airboat rides are just a 20 minute drive away. As for the beaches, Clearwater and St Petes beach on the Gulf of Mexico are around 80-90 minutes drive away and Cocoa Beach on the Atlantic Coast and the Kennedy Space centre can be reached in approximately a hour away, as can Daytona Beach and Raceway. Both dining and shopping are also close by with Publix and Walmart a couple of minutes away as well as local restaurants and bars. There is no end of dining choice on the 192 which is only 5 minutes away.

Notes: The resort has 4 heated pools all with Whirlpool Spa. There are also 2 bars, Pizza/Snack bar and a restaurant. The resort is a gated community and has Security 24 hours a day. For the more active there is a fitness Room/Gym, Tennis Court, Beach Volleyball Court, Basketball Court, and Nature/Jogging Trail. The 70 acre resort also features a sauna/steamroom, Hair Salon and a brand new Bahamian Spa that offers more than 60 treatments. There is a shop located in the main reception as is the Cinema, Games Room and Internet Cafe. Also the clubhouse is Wifi enabled so bring your laptops!! There is nightly entertainment and a kids Club.Fishing is highly recommended off the jetty on Lake Davenport and rods can be hired from reception. The Condo will be cleaned prior to arrival and extra maid service can be arranged locally with resort staff.

This condo was great. It was really clean, really well equipped, spacious and in a good location on the resort.The resort itself was great for us with 2 children. The owners were very helpful, they were quick to answer any questions we had.We would recommend this property and would stay there again without hesitation.
