About Carole Shepardson
We are an active family of five and we love to be outdoors. We have enjoyed spending summers at Lake Glenville for over 15 years and have built many happy memories of our summers there. It is a great place to relax and escape from the summer heat, and to form lifelong memories with your loved ones.
Carole Shepardson purchased this house in 2003
Why Carole Shepardson chose Glenville
We spent many summers renting different homes and cabins at the lake, and when the opportunity came to buy our home at Lake Glenville we were thrilled. It is an easy trip up for us (from Florida) and a wonderful relief from the summer heat. We love being outdoors and it is like going back in time. Our children have grown up spending summers there and have spent the days swimming, exploring, skiing and horseback riding. We appreciate the slower pace and having the time to enjoy each other without the demands of city living.
What makes this house unique
We enjoy the many farmers markets and trying new recipes with all the fresh fruits and vegetables available in the summer. Our children found time in the evenings or on the occasional rainy day to read or play games. We enjoyed going to church bazaars and festivals and renewing old friendships each summer.
