Catherine Woram bought and renovated this House five years ago and she has transformed it into a beautiful and tranquil environment. Catherine Studied Fashion Design before becoming an Interior stylist and writer. She has published many books including Crafting with Kids and Felt Buttons and Beads. Many of the books are shot in the house. The house is also used in many photographic shots including Hello Magazine, The White Company. Her Husband Michael is an Architect who has designed many houses in the local area in London. They have two girls Jessica And Anna. One of the best compliments about the house came from a stylist who booked the house for a film shoot. She said she love booking the house because it is like coming to a spare retreat so tranquil and peaceful a sharp contrast to London's busy and hectic lifestyle
Wandsworth is on the south of the river from Knightsbridge and Fulham with easy access to the Centre of London twenty minutes away. Most of the area is populated by families who work in the city of London. they are drawn to Wandsworth because of ints many Parks and good schools. You also get larger properties for your money than you would in Chelsea and Knightsbridge. It has some fantastic restaurants locally like the Michelin Star Chez Bruce on Bellevue Road.
I think the overriding feel of the house is one of Tranquility. All the colours are muted off whites and pale blues Te view over the Park is amazing for central London. The house has fantastic entertaining space and a well equipped kitchen. The bedrooms are all individually designed and have a character of there own.
