'Full Circle' has an all redwood interior, 17 foot high vaulted ceilings, stained glass windows, 180 degree ocean view, filled with period antiques, lighting and original artwork. Known as 'the cutest house in the village', at Dillon Beach. Located just 200 strides from the beach.
Upon check-in, you are welcomed with a bottle of Cline Cashmere wine (It tastes as smooth as it sounds), a fresh cut bouquet of white Casa Blanca lilies, Coast Roast coffee, a box of 4 custom Full Circle, Belgium chocolate truffles by Le Belge, live orchids, plush Turkish cotton bath sheets and robes, Terra Pure organic shampoo, conditioner and body wash and custom, hand made, organic Full Circle soaps from Hawaii. The two, new pillow-top queen size beds are made with 800 thread count Egyptian cotton sheets, down comforters, down pillows and Pendleton Chief blankets. The fire is built and ready to light.
Wake up each morning to the sun streaming in the magnificent front gable, stained glass, church window. Watch the waves roll in on the beach from your bed in the loft. Spend your days relaxing in steamer chairs and hammock on the patio overlooking the ocean or cuddled into the plush Lloyd Flanders patio furniture on the upper deck. Enjoy a sparkling clean hot tub with a whitewater ocean view and watch the sun set on the ocean. BBQ and have dinner under the stars on the deck. Fall asleep by the fire and to the sounds of the waves breaking on the beach.
A one of a kind place for that special occasion. The cottage has been featured in the Travel section of the New York Times, 'Elegant Bungalows' by Bethany Lyttle, on February 8th, 2008. It was also used as the set for the short film by Tarik Haddad, 'The Sound of a Yellow Flower', which played in the London Film Festival and the Dubai Film Festival's, among others. Gary William Kohler wrote and recorded a song about the cottage, 'Full Circle', that is included on his CD, 'Nowhere to be Found'.
This cottage is pure romantic bliss.
The cottage is meticulously maintained to the highest cleaning standards. It is cleaned with eco-friendly products for 4 to 5 hours between each guest and deep cleaned once a month for five hours. Down pillows are washed regularly and have pillow covers under the pillow cases. The Hot Springs spa has a sophisticated ozone filter system and is also thoroughly completely cleaned between each guest.

Dillon Beach is an old fishing village built right after the turn of the century. You feel like your 1,000 miles from 'civilization' when you are there. It is like 'the town that time forgot' perched on the edge of the world, overlooking the Pacific Ocean and Tomales Bay.
This restored, all redwood artist studio, is truly a one-of-a-kind and the perfect place for a romantic getaway or just simple peace, quiet and solitude.
Historic property. Dramatic backyard ocean views, smells and sounds. All Redwood interior, 17' vaulted ceiling, loft, short walk to the beach. Good bones.
Once we arrived at the cottage we were speechless. The careful attention to detail from the craftsmanship of the home to the decor and amenities was amazing. I've personally worked in some very high end expensive places...some that go for over 3,000.00 a night and I would choose this place over those any day! For a couple it is one of the most romantic, charming place we could have imagined. I just want to say thank you to Tom for the opportunity to stay and share this wonderful place. The pictures were hard to believe but once we showed up it was apparent that the owners and caretakers go through a great deal to make this place special.
A truly beautiful home. The location and views can not me beat. We are already planning our next holiday back to this exquisite house at Dillion Beach.
Over the top accommodations with personality. Not your run of the mill 5 star! Views are spectacular! We are partiial to the historical center of the village and Full Circle is Right There. The outdoor living space rivals in, with deck and com-fee chairs, hot tub for after beach walks, or stiff joints in the morning. (Having nothing to do with the beds but renters age) Hate to give away the secret, but as the owner says, if we do Life will come Full Circle, and we'll get to stay again!
Just returned from a relaxing stay at this beautiful, romantic cottage. The owners have clearly spared no expense and have an eye for detail. Top-of-the-line linens on the comfy beds. Fully equipped kitchen. Fresh flowers. Wine. Plush robes. Fantastic view of the ocean from the upstairs loft. We slept with the windows open so we could hear the crashing waves all night. Pure bliss. The furnishings, the lighting, all cozy and warm. Plus, Dillon Beach is a great "starting point" for all areas north (Russian River, Bodega Bay) and south (Pt. Reyes). We would highly recommend Full Circle to adults seeking a quiet and romantic getaway. P.S. Check out the collection of Humphrey Bogart movies and great collection of music!!
!It was rainy and cold drive but from the minute we arrived, we were just in awe walking in to this cottage. The atmosphere was warm, welcoming, cozy, beautiful and so artistic. We could not help but appreciate everything inside, the attention to detail is incredible, the windows that looked out to the ocean was awesome. Loved the kitchen! It has everything! We enjoyed just sitting by the fireplace sipping wine, reconnecting with my sister and brother-in-law, reminiscing childhood experiences, etc. Although we did not utilize the multileveled patio, the hot tub and everything outside, we would highly recommend it because it was so beautiful! I can only imagine being outside when it is a nice sunny day! It was a perfect 25th anniversary getaway for my sister and her husband. It totally exceeded our expectations. Highly recommend this place for a perfect getting away from it all, walking to the beach, reading and just do nothing but relax!!! Thank you Tom, Robin & Linda!
You'll feel like your in turn-of-the-century California at this cottage. From the exposed knob and tube wiring, redwood interior to the perfectly chosen art and fixtures, you can tell every detail was well thought out. But it also has all of the modern conveniences you'd want, including a great kitchen with everything you'll need to cook a great meal. There's even a stand-mixer and food processor. Forget your oyster knife? Don't worry - there's three!
We only tried one of the beds, but it was extraordinarily comfortable and clean, and it was so great to see the beach first think upon waking. The hot tub was large and spotless and I only wished I'd used it more.
This place far exceeds any vacation rental I have stayed at before. If you're looking to get away from it all, go for long walks on the beach, cook, read, make art, play games, leave the car parked, this is the spot for you!
