You will bask in the luxuriousness of the NEWEST remodeled 3 or 4 bedroom, 2 or 3 bathroom townhome/villa with OPTIONAL studio lockout that allows you to expand the villa space for an additional fee to include a 4th bedroom ,3rd bathroom and 2nd full kitchen in this resort. Our complete renovation includes ash hardwood flooring, high end contemporary furnishings,and the most comfortably fabulous TEMPUR-PEDIC mattresses on both queen sized beds to guarantee you a wonderful night's rest. In addition each queen bed is clothed in the finest Egyptian cotton linens.

The Master bedroom features a queen bed, dresser, chest, TV, separate sitting area, full bathroom and an in suite office alcove. The second bedroom has the same queen bed complete with the luxurious Egyptian cotton linens, dresser, TV. The third bedroom is a double bunk room. That's right. It will EASILY accomodate a large family or TWO families can readily share this unit. For additional sleeping arrangements, a double high, very comfortable, queen-sized, inflatable mattress complete with linens is available for the living room. There is a gorgeous separate dining room and kitchen bar seating area. The studio lockout includes a 4th bed which is a murphy bed, a 3rd bathroom, a 2nd full kitchen, dining area and sitting area, You'll love our home that we've appointed with just you in mind so much that you'll never want to leave. The villa has a carport that conveniently covers your vehicle. This resort property provides access to you of 1100 feet of private , powder white sand beach with beach chaise lounge and water sport rental services, private marina with boat dockage, waterfront Louisiana Lagniappe Cajun restaurant, complimentary golf on 9-hole, par 3 course, 6 lighted tennis courts, 5 swimming pools (2 are heated) and 3 hot tubs. Our families (2 families: 5 kids; 8-16 years of age, 4 adults total) gave this rental high marks. It was clean, well decorated, comfortable, spacious, and felt like home away from home, literally. This rental provided nearly all the amenities one could think of to make our stay enjoyable.

The beautiful Destin Beach is a quick walk out of the complex and across a road. The whole area is pretty pedestrian friendly. We felt safe, and carefree while enjoying the sunny Destin area. The beaches are exceptional with waves that rose high for our kids to boogie board in and we even saw the occasional dolphin!

There is no doubt, if given the opportunity, that all us would return to this rental in the future.
Recommended for:  Girls Getaway, Tourists without a Car, Sightseeing, Families with Teenagers, Families with Young Children, Romantic Getaway

Everything was exactly as stated. The villa was very nice and comfortable. The beach and pools were a short walk away. We would definetly stay here again.
